“Quiet and convenient for sites along the Seine”

This was a good value stay and with your own kitchenette, you can make a good breakfast cheaply. After coming off the platform at the train station, turn right to exit once inside the tunnel. Be warned that not all trains on RER Line C stop at Ivry-sur-Seine, so read the timetables carefully. However, there are plenty of trains going that way and you have easy access to the Musee D'Orsay and St.Michel Notre Dame from this line. To find the supermarket (closed Mondays), turn left outside the hotel entrance and go down the road on your left. At the next major junction, turn right and it's a short way down on your right. Regarding hotel service, the only thing I missed was washing up liquid and a sponge for washing up. But this is self catering and you are paying a good rate for this facility, so maybe bear that in mind. We've stayed in much worse hotels and paid more in the past, so I would say this is an excellent choice if you are on a budget. We would definitely stay there again and catch Eurostar, too. That was a good experience and it's easy to leave your baggage at the Gare du Nord in left luggage lockers if you can't check in as soon as you arrive. Don't worry about change - they have machines down by the lockers for this purpose. You just need some cash Euros and you're away.

Cozy and small but once you settle in it has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. 5 mins walk to RER C line. Fresh grocerys within close walk. BUT- Be aware you are considered a "resident" so the room service, fresh towels and new toilet paper is only provided once a week. High Speed works well and reliably although it is not wireless, you have to plug in at the desk.

“Paris on the cheap”

Paris is expensive but this hotel is very reasonably priced and it's tucked away in a pleasant square and there's a supermarket and a few bars/cafes within easy walking distance.The kitchenette is well equipped with microwave, fridge, cutlery & china for 4. Bathroom is a fair size with a super shower & good quality towels. The bedroom isn't overlarge but adequate with hanging space & small dining table & chairs. Big plus if travelling by car/motorbike is the secure underground car park (9 euros per day) but you'd pay on the street anyway. Breakfast available for 7.50 euros which we thought expaensive. Staff are very helpful.

If you don't mind it being out of the city centre then it is a good place to stay (the RER is fairly handy so easy to get into city). It was nice having a little kitchen after bare hotel rooms that don't even come with a jug. The place is newish so is in good condition. Our room was serviced (new towels etc) daily during our 3 night stay.

Je suis arrivée dans la nuit du mercredi au jeudi, le sol était sale, visiblement non aspiré, un torchon sale traînait dans le coin cuisine. Je l'ai fait remarquer dès le lendemain à une femme de ménage qui a répondu que ça avait été fait. J'en ai reparlé le vendredi, et enfin, le samedi le ménage était fait!!! Je dois retourner 5 fois par an pour 5 jours chaque fois. j'espère trouver mieux la prochaine fois ou je changerai.

“Clean, basic, convenient”

Not luxurious, but then not expensive either. Modern, clean, adequate, a little cramped. Fine for self catering - small kitchen area provided. Take your own washing liquid and scourer! 3 mins from train station, pizza shop oppposite.
