“Fantastic place stay,great food excellent staff!”

I stayed at the Cortland Country Inn for two nights with my family while looking at colleges.I was very impressed with my stay there. The entire hotel was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. My sons enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. We all ate well at the complimentary breakfast including hot waffles,eggs ,bacon and ham.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The snacks were great too. I look forward to staying there again.

“Good Place to stay”

Right across from the Cortland campus. Pretty clean unless you look at it under a microscope.....I found a pistachio shell under the dust ruffle of the bed on the floor, so they just didn't lift it up when they vacuumed. Beds were comfy. Free cookies and snacks in the evening, great choices for your free breakfast. We actually liked this better than the Hampton Inn that is in Cortland. I would stay there again!

“Great Place to Stay While in Cortland”

While we only stayed for one night while we dropped our son off at college (SUNY Cortland), this was an outstanding hotel with a very good staff. Not only do they have a grest breakfast buffet but they have snacks in the afternoon and desserts at night. Will defintely be staying here again.

“A great hotel”

As a mom travelling alone with my 14 year old son, I wanted to be in a safe environment. This hotel was a great choice. Easy to get to, the staff was so helpful and the room was great. My son was able to go and enjoy the pool and hot tub and the desk even had dvds to lend out to pass the time. The breakfast, snacks and desserts were all great and an added bonus. Best of all I could have a cup of coffee any time I wanted. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Worth the Stay”

Cortland is a univeristy town with limited places to stay and this one is very good. It's right across from the university stadium off a major access road. The hotel is easy to locate with good parking. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the young staff pleasant and eager to help. Room was comfortable and very clean, including the washroom which was well stocked with towels and personal care items. Breakfast buffet was self serve and did include fresh fruit, yogourt, and hot items changed up on a daily basis. Coffee and treats available 24/7...not a big deal but a good deal. Booked on Expedia Special Rate and it was well worth it.
