The hotel is located in a very quiet but convenient location, driving to Ithaca down town has gorgeous lake view on the road. Stuffs are very nice, and room is very pretty spacious, like a one bedroom unit, with refrigerate, and microwave. The only cons it has is the facility maintenance is not up to date, like curtain is broken, sink drainage is slow, etc. Hope they can improve soon.

The internet is very frustrating to access; may make me not want to come back due to needing use internet with business. Also had to use sound machine to sleep because 2nd floor pretty loud till late at night

The thermostat was not working. It was freezing in are room. We checked that it was on hear- yet cold air was coming out . When I told a staff member about how cold are room was - he just shrugged his shoulders

I booked this hotel for the pool, as my 4 grand kids had skied all day at Greek Peak and wanted to relax before our trip home. NO POOL and it had not been available for 6 months. I did not check in and took the crying kids home. Parking lot had pot holes all over and lobby was dingy.

The rooms are big and comfortable with a living area separate from the sleeping area. Nice breakfast in the morning. Check-in was very slow - I’m not sure what the issue was, but we waited quite some time for the person ahead of us and then again while we were checking in. Would certainly stay there again.

Pool closed, not working. Breakfast poor quality. One staff member very rude, other one nice. Place was once nice, doesn't seem like they've kept up with maintenance. Carpets worn. Tile falling off wall. No place to hang out other than your room. Bed uncomfortable. It's a place to sleep, not a place to vacation at.

The room was quiet and comfortable, but with a couple issues. There was no hot water either day after about 8:30 AM. One of us took a shower at 7 AM and it was fine, but no hot water later. A hotel that is half or so full should not run out. Also, breakfast is pretty gross. I realize that they don't cook anything in house, but the eggs and sausage were absolutely disgusting and the bread items were all stale. The staff at the hotel are very nice, but it is obvious that the owners are asleep at the wheel as the property needs a lot of sprucing up.

Id paid for an upgraded suite and definitely wasnt made aware upon receiving the room's key cards that they didnt even have that type of sweet available, and they were just putting me wherever they felt like and expected.... I guess for me to not notice nor care?! I'd spent extra for that insult and still over 24hrs later no resolution. Beyond disappointed.

The pool was closed which was very disappointing to my children. They packed all their swimming gear and all. The shower was cold/lukewarm at best. Many upgrades needed within the room(red sitting chair was disgusting) and facility.

I needed a 1 night stay close to Ithaca as I helped my son move in. This was a close hotel at an inexpensive price. The bed was a bit hard but the issue was noise. The walls must be made out of paper. The people is an adjacent room were talking so loud, I had trouble falling asleep. Also, they kept closing doors so loud, I was often woken up. I won't be back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked a room for my 21st birthday. There was no party, no music, not even the tv on. I was having a conversation with my sister and there was only 4 of us and we had noise complaints because we were just having a conversation. They then called the state trooper and he came up to the room with one of the employees and we got kicked out!!! Just for sitting on the couch in my room having a conversation with my sister!! The trooper even tried entering the room while we were packing up our things! We weren’t even there for 2 hours!!!!!!

A very nice hotel. Stayed in a King Suite and enjoyed the large bed far from the hall. Breakfast was well prepared. Unfortunately the pool was out of order. Near Ithaca College, it’s definitely not a city center hotel for walking to a restaurant or shops.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. But the thing that guarantees that this is now my first choice place to stay in Ithaca is the service. Both the night & day staff were friendly & helpful. After a long day of travel, we arrived late. I grabbed a to-go dinner from Wegman’s and the woman at the front desk cheerfully got me utensils & napkins from the breakfast area - she was gracious & kind when I was clearly worn out & hungry. The morning staff was just as nice, so obviously customer service is important at this hotel, and I took notice. Thank you - I will stay here again when I travel to Ithaca!

When we checked in, the front desk staff member was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The two we dealt with the following day were rude, disinterested, and unfriendly. We also had trouble with the wifi repeatedly kicking us off and had to get our keys re-formatted because we were locked out of the room. The parking lot is a mess and really needs to be resurfaced. The included breakfast was nice and the room was clean, but we did not receive any housekeeping from Friday - Sunday.
