“Satisfied for a night stay.”

Roem we got was recently renovated. Nothing to say against as we only stayed for one night. Breakfast was superb as it was a full breakfast meal. Price is relatively okay. We'll go back here very soon.

“Nice stay this time”

Noticed the smell of a newly renovated corridor, hallway in the second floor with new carpet installed. We were pleased to see that the room was all clean and smells clean. Bed and bedsheets were all made up very good. Heater/air con was functioning well. Can't say it's perfect but it is better than April of last year when we last visited. Stayed only for a day and we had a blast with the free full breakfast which I think was also expanded. Breakfast was served on 2 sides of the dining room. Fireplace kept the place warm enough to enjoy breakfast.

“Very satisfied!”

After reading other reviews, we were pleasantly relieved that this hotel was clean and comfortable. It is obvious that there are renovations going on and updates occuring. Our room was clean and comfortable (a smoking room, which we requested, but it did not smell stale as some will). The breakfast was adequate, but the real plus was that there was an adjoining Perkins restaurant available. Didn't even have to go outside into the rain to get to it! Lastly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

“Overall positive and a good value”

The location was very convenient. The staff were prompt, friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no security at all. Anyone could walk in through the unsecured back entrance and up the stairs to the second floor where I stayed. We were in a non smoking room, which was fine, but the access hallway right outside the door absolutely reeked of cigarettes. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean and well lit and well heated. A good value for the dollar.

location close to I-81, restaurants easily acces, good continental breakfast and great wireless access.

“Good Value”

Selected this hiotel on business near Binghamton, as everthing was booked up there. Front Desk called me after I checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. I was having trouble accessing the internet and they got that resolved quickly.

“Basic, basic. clean”

Basic clean bed, bath, towels. easy commute to Cornell. No elevator, so get a room on the first floor if you have ANY luggage.
