“Convenient, comfortable, and good package deal”
Probably the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever met at any hotel anywhere. No frills, but no chills, either.
“Great People”
Some parts of the facility are a little tired. One example, the tub did not drain very well. The staff, howeever, more than make up for any deficiencies. The tub was repaired the same day I let them know. The shuttle service was very responsive, and dependable.
“Great bang for your buck”
I've never been as pleasantly surprised by a Best Western than I was by this branch. The room was spacious and had a handy microwave and refrigerator. The staff was very accommodating to the couple of special requests we made. Great location (walking distance to several eateries, two banks, and a supermarket; about a mile to Cornell's eastern campus), reasonable pricing, and our dogs were welcome! I'd certainly stay there again.

Totally Cornell user friendly. had a vana to take us and pick us up from the campus which is good because parking isn't so easy there.
“Great motel for families!”
Went to Ithaca to visit Cornell student. While a bit outside walking distance, the hotel is convenient to collegetown. The room was amazingly spacious, which made me regret not having the wife and kids with me. The room had a nice sized fridge, a microwave, and surprisingly a fireplace. The layout of the hotel is sprawling, which can mean a walk to the office, which also means going outside. Good value and nice and clean motel.

It's in an odd sort of location beside a shopping center, but it was nice and clean and in good shape.
“Picture perfect”
A quaint little hotel within the quaint little town of Ithaca. Accompanied my daughter to a special program in Cornell. This hotel is within walking distance from the Campus. Has all the amenities that I expected. Right next to a variery of restaurants, so I didn't have to worry about dining. The hotel gracefully allowed me to work from the comfort of a downstairs business lounge for more than 4 hours after check-out. Can't say anything bad about my trip.
“Will use this hotel whenever in town”
The pool was outside, in a bad location and very small. However shuttle service is extraordinary.
“Tour of Ithaca”
The shuttle service they provided around the area was friendly, convenient, and efficient. The driver's were interested in sharing about the area and showing the sites.
“Would definitely stay again!”
The property was conveniently located to Cornell U. as well as downtown Ithaca. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and staff more than accomodating.
