Parking is paid separately -which wasnt disclosed when we called about it. Staff and breakfast were both phenomenal, but the hotel is very old. Clean, but old. The room was spacious but smelled STRONGLY like mold and was very very simple, not even a hair dryer. Shower was good but open so it got water all over the bathroom.. Just a very old hotel really, can be loud so be aware if you get bothered by this, but the location is unmatched, 10/10. Close to everything and anything you might wanna do or visit, only a couple of steps from the beach. If you do not care about comfort too much I would recommend it, but overrall I'd say pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Hotel horrível
Chegamos no hotel com uma reserva de quarto com 3 camas, passaram a gente para um quarto com uma de casal, após reclamação trocaram, mas aí o problema foi maior, nos deparamos com formigas na mesinha e no chão próximo ao banheiro, banho péssimo com toalhas e lençóis com cheiro ruim! A noite as três da manhã ainda não havíamos dormido pois tinha uma espécie de água, motor bem no teto do quarto com um barulho horrível, reclamamos mas nada foi feito, as 4 horas tivemos que sair do hotel e procurar outro para descansar! A empresa se negou em devolver a diária do dia seguinte, com desprezo e péssimo atendimento! Hotel horrível! Sem responsabilidade e não segue nem a legislação!

Hotel ficou o periodo da pandemia fechada e não fizeram nenhuma melhoria após reabertura. Os móveis são velhos, alguns quase de desfazendo. Solicitei quarto com cama de casal e juntaram duas camas de solteiro, banheiro não tem box, precisei solicitar toalha de piso, pois estava molhando o quarto, chuveiro com macete para ligar, como não conhecia demorou para chegar em uma temperatura agradável e esta temperatura não permaneceu por muito tempo. Ar condicionado nao estava funcionado, a tv só possuia canais analógicos, não pegava globo (que é o básico de toda tv). Estacionamento pago a parte R$40,00 por dia e meu carro ficou no tempo, não havia cobertura, pois me entregaram molhado de chuva. Estadia desagradável infelizmente. A localização é PERFEITA, o atendimento dos funcionários é boa, café da manhã bom, sem muitas opções.

Prédio antigo com quartos amplos e mobilia espartana. Tem o mínimo necessário mas faltam tomadas perto da cama. Café da manhã razoável, bom atendimento e otima localização, bem no centro e a menos de 100 metros da praia.

O hotel é razoável se tratando de custo benefício, a limpeza foi o ponto de equilíbrio, mas se tratando de atendimento a nota foi ZERO. Entendo que o ramo de atividade em prestação de serviço deve priorizar a satisfação dos clientes começando pelo atendimento cordial e sensato. Falou empatia e postura.
