Un très bel hôtel très bien placé. Idéal pour découvrir la ville à pieds. Très bon petit dej et personnel adorable et serviable. Bref je recommande. Tout confort avec quelques petits bémols : - la salle de sport est minuscule pour ceux que cela intéresse - un petit coup de maintenance ferait du bien mais je suis maniaque

Très bel hôtel de Karakoy
J'ai passé un très bon séjour au Bank Hôtel, situé dans le quartier de Karakoy. Ancienne banque, cet établissement a gardé le charme de son prestigieux passé. Le service est impeccable. Je recommande les chambres du 5e étage, qui offrent un panorama magnifique sur le bosphore et la tour de Galata.

l 'emplacement idéal pour une visite à Istanbul, la propreté de l’hôtel, la chambre spacieuse Par contre la robinetterie de la douche est totalement à revoir, pour mettre l'eau chaude! plus les produits , savon et shampoing pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. D'autre part le restaurant Roof Top fermé , sans a l'avoir mentionné pendant la réservation de l’hôtel, ceci était un critère important pour moi et je n'aurai pas choisi cet Hôtel sans le Roof Top. Le tarif des chambres doit être diminué quand une prestation importante manque ! Pas normal et j’attends une explication de la part de Expédia et de l’hôtel ....

Trés belle situation . Chambre un peu "usée" Service chambre et petit déjeuner, très bien . Réception moyenne , au niveau personnel et équipements . On dénote un manque de professionnalisme, de la plupart des nombreux personnels de la réception ( infos imprécises, car manque de verifications ...)

Hotel très calme au coeur d'Istanbul
La localisation de l’hôtel permet de visiter Istanbul en se passant des moyens de transport, ce qui est très appréciable. Un gros point fort de cette hôtel est l'isolation. Notre chambre était calme malgré qu'elle soit côté rue et était propre et superbement décorée. Le personnel de l’hôtel est prévenant. Il y a beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner qui se tient dans une très belle salle. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

WE in Istanbul with friends
No ac in the bedroom of the duplex (the only ac of the room is downstairs and not powerful enough to refresh the top) lots of noise in the area, small bathroom, elevator is way too slow, electric curtains didn’t work... the staff is very nice, the rooftop is cool and if you look foward to explore old part of Istanbul you are well located.

L'accueil, le personnel est incroyablement chaleureux, attentionné et efficace. Ils se démènent pour toujours répondre à nos demandes, solutionner d'éventuels problèmes et toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons été très touchés. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le restaurant magique et le massage au spa très bien. Le bâtiment est magnifique et l'emplacement pratique. Nous recommandons vivement!

J’avoue qu’apres Avoir fait le tour du monde.... ayant eu le plaisir de loger dans les meilleurs hôtels entre autre l’Oriental Bangkok. j’ai été très surprise par l’accueil du personnel du Vault! Extrêmement professionnel! Digne des meilleurs. Dès que nous avons franchis le pas de porte nous avons été accueillis comme des rois! Formalités enregistrement puis Petites boisson fraîche suivie d’Explications sur la ville etc La chambre était très propre, très jolie décoration. ménage tous les jours. En plus l’hotel Se situe dans une rue calme à 100 m du trams, de l’autre côté du pont (vers la veille ville) parfais si vous voulez éviter les hordes de touristes! Je compte bien revenir à Istanbul et rester au Vault. Encore merci

Idéal pour des vacances
J'ai eu l'occasion de passer 5 jours dans cet hôtel en couple et l'expérience s'est avérée très agréable. Les chambres sont agréables et très modernes. Rien ne manque. La localisation est aussi idéale pour découvrir Istanbul à pied. Les transports en commun sont aussi très proches. Bref une très bonne adresse.
