Our SPA departmant will arrange for our guest slippers and towels free of charge. bonnet (swimming had) and swimming shorts are provided with charge. Then its will yours. SPA department will serve between 12:00 to 18:00 Our SPA department (sauna, swimming pool, steam room are free to use) Turkish hammam and message are with extra cost SPA department after 18:00 till 24:00 extra cost. Good hotel in IST
I only stayed one night for a layover in IST. The location is great, there are lots of shops. The service in the hotel is excellent. They also have Sauna, gym, but I didn't use them. The breakfast is excellent. The room is clean, although the wall is thin, I can hear the conversation next door (although they might be in the hallway). Overall, good hotel in IST

Friendly staff. Horrible gym with no aircon. Bad Wi-Fi. TV much smaller than advertised. Simple breakfast where they didn't refill when stuff ran out. No businesscenter.

Rooms were too small. They room card wasn't working and we had to ask every time we need to access our rooms. Breakfast was basic and cheese was too salty it was unedible.

I travel from 1978 all over the world I never find hotel like this really if I was in hurry and next day I travel I take other hotel and I ask Expedia to pay me back my money this hotel I don't give one star. Personnel 0 towel very old. Room dirty. Sorry but this is Expedia faute.

A good hotel just on the main road of Laleli
Nice Hotel, Nice Staff, Good breakfast but just the same everyday but few things were in rotation. Cheese,cornflakes,french fries,sausages,salamis,breads,cakes,jams,geen vegetables,soup etc. quite good breakfast. Nice rooms,quite hotel as we had back side room. Good flow of water. Hot and cold. Lots of restaurants,exchange shops are around this hotel. Lots of shopping nearby. the tram station is nearby. I think just a good hotel by all means at the rate offered.

Our impression
The room was comfortable though small. The view from the window looked out over the cooling fans at the rear of the hotel. The indoor cooling for the room was not activated. With the window open to cool down the room, there was no noise except for the early morning prayer. However the kitchens were also below so breakfast preparation smells also entered the room. In particular the breakfast had plenty of choice and the swimming pool and sauna were particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tramway stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and the general area around the hotel has lots of discount shops and there is a nearby outdoor market.

I was with my wife and two small children we are receiving small rooms Although we have completed a lot of money, Outside the weather was rainy but not cold, but inside the room was very hot. Hotel maintains a central air conditioner is powered heating or cooling can run only in the summer. They happened because the air conditioner was turned off to save money. Every 5 minutes I'm calling to RECEPTION to trigger the air conditioning to cool, kept telling me after five minutes but in the end do not start anything. At the end I went to talk to the manager, told me straight you can take your family and go to another hotel. I mythic shocked his speech. I told him why? what did I do to you ? He told me You Arabs always have arguments. He wanted to hit me, I realized that it was Pioneer level of his speech. I was afraid if I leave I will not return the money, and kept the rest for 3 nights with no air conditioning and the room was very hot issue that my child had asthma and could not breathe. In addition, the hotel is very, very noisy, pens making noise all the hotel hears the noise, but one could not speak because everyone is afraid of this manager. I do not recommend this hotel. Some of the staff were nice but the manager was very aggressive and shouted at us and wanted to beat us even despite I spoke to very nice. Do not go to this hotel even for free. The hotel is very small barely lifting his 0-star hotel.

it is ok. I stayed for couple of days. breakfast was good but the saltish dish were very salty. spa and swimming pool were good but pool was cold. But I never used it. receptionist should be more tolerable. They are insisting to vacate the room maximum at 1pm. although hotel was not full. Guest brings many guest. guests advice for some people if they are satisfied. Hotel manager shouldn't have consider as one guest only. Respect understanding and tolerance if there is any possibility will bring more guests. Rooms decoration good. Room sevice very good and satisfied Servant in breakfast hall nice and very helpfull. Receptionist Mr. Nimo also nice gentlman helpful but as being receptionist should be more tolerable. Because he is the person facing all requests or complain. thank you

Wasn't the best........
Check in went all smoothly an the staff where friendly. However... Location isn't ideal - It still is walking distance to the Grand bazaar and the mosque, but just a little bit too much too do for 5 days. The room has a window but it opened to the centre of the building, so natural light and limited privacy. We had a large family in the 2 rooms next door who where loud every single night, so there wasn't much sound proofing. Might be because they left there doors open. Pool, sauna and gym times are TERRIBLE - Pool and gym don't open til 12 PM, and the sauna 6 PM. Breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast but was not fresh unless you get there very first thing in the morning.

I expected more
There are several points to mention: 1) The internet is terrible cause it will disconnect automatically after several minutes if you don't use it. So if you use internet a lot this is not your place. 2) I asked the reception how can I go to some place after I checked out and he gave me a very wrong address and I was almost lost in the city!!! 3) The place is near old and historical part of Stanbul but I think you don't have to stay at this neighborhood. It is better to stay at a hotel in asian part of city which is more modern and safe (somewhere atound Taghsim square maybe) and go to this neighborhood in day and go out around your hotel at night.

Great Hotel!!!
The best thing about this hotel is the location! Located in Laleli right across from the Mosque, it is right on the Tram line and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. The room was small, but clean and very nice. Breakfast was very nice as well. The Hotel service was outstanding and the proprietors speak very good English. They were not pushy at all about local tours, and helped us get everything we need. The neighbourhood is very safe and we felt comfortable walking around the area.

Time hotel is not what you see
The time hotel was not to our expectation of a four star hotel, the beds were rough and hard with a towel-like blanket for comfort. The location was center of the town but its adjacent to the mosque that's an early wake up call for those who not use to it. The bathroom was a nightmare. there was mold on the walls of the shower. Aside from that its close to the city and to a tram station that can take you anywhere to the city . Also the staff of the hotel was nice and helping .

The Time hotel
We enjoyed our stay at the time hotel Istanbul. The location is good as it is close to the attractions, nearly 15 mins walk to the blue mosque. The room is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. The only downside is that sometimes the Internet is not working so well.

The hotel met all expectations and the staff surpassed all expectations!! Clean room and friendly staff!!! It was a little noisy, if room is on the front street side, but the overall location makes up for any street noise. It is a ten minute walk to most things of interest in the Old City ( Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, etc.). The rate for the room with breakfast included is a great bargain. Receptionist and management speak English and go the extra mile to give you preferred service.
