the location is excellent. the bosphorus view is breathtaking,both day and night. overall service matches the hotel rating, five stars. the executive floors, rooms and lounge are worth the dollars spent. close enough to the old city, without the noise and crowds. taxi ride is only a few minutes from hotel to the mosques, markets, palaces, etc. highly recommend the hotel on this side of the city.

Great hotel, location, amazing spa and gym with classes and Reformer Pilates. The little touches make you feel very comfortable and at home like Turkish Delight treats at your turndown service, bathrooms have everything you need, extent of Q-tips cotton pads, nail file, mouthwash (shavers, shaving cream, toothbrush, toothpaste if requested). Food everywhere in Turkey is delicious mediterranean and fresh. Would love to stay here again! Last thing we just spent the 2013 new year there and they definitely hosted a great evening on the heights of the city bar and restaurant. but be ready to pay the price as things add up quickly! Be sure to have a traditional Turkish Hammam. Its a great experience!
