Absolutes 5 Sterne Hotel

Pros: Tolle Zimmer, 3 Pools, super Service, super Concerge
Cons: Die Lobby könnte noch eine Modernisierung vertragen.
Location: Super Lage in alle Richtungen
Derzeit finden Baumaßnahmen im Hotel statt. Allerdings stören diese keineswegs es ist auch kein Baulärm zu hören. Einige Zimmer werden Luxussaniert. Aufgrund dieses Umstandes wurden wir in eine neu umgebaute Suite upgeradet. Diese war Hammerschön und sehr edel eingerichtet. Hierfür nochmals besten Dank.

Hotel ist eine Baustelle, Frühstück überteuert

Pros: Freundliches Personal
Cons: Günstigeres Frühstück
Schöne Lage, ab dem 10. Stock sieht man jedoch erst den Bosphorus. Ein Gebäudekomplex wird renoviert, genauso wie das Hauptrestaurant und die Dachterrasse, man fühlt sich wie in einer Großbaustelle, es wird von Morgens bis Abends gehämmert und gebohrt, der Hotel-Innenbereich ist komplett verfahren und der Garten nicht schön. Das Frühstück ist mit 30 Euro pro Person zu teuer.

great bosphorus view

Pros: the location was great, you are in the middle of the city ,many great locations just far as a short walk.
Location: you are just right in the heart of the city, many great places are only 10 min walk away
we stayed for 1 night , the hotels east side was under construction , you could hear the loud noises from the lobby but the rooms were quiet tough.also the breakfast was given within the lobby bar temporarily. altough we have booked a bosphorus view room, where we did pay more than a park view room, we have given a park view room at first . since i declared my itenerary then they have changed the room to a bosphorus view room. maybe they are not much caring for the reservations made by expedia or any other. the guys were kind overall.the west side rooms were just had been renovated , so they were so stylish and clean and new... )

Business Trip to Istanbul

Pros: The friendly and attentive staff, and the actual Room was spacious, moderna nd very clean.
Cons: The Building Work needs to be completed. In the meantime you need to open at least one additional restaurant to the Lobby Lounge in the Hotel.
Location: Great location for business and leasure with the Bosphorus close by.
I believe the Hotel will be excellent when completed, however facilities (particularly Dining) are limited as only the Lobby Lounge was operational when i visited. My Room had been described as Garden View but unfortunately I only had a view of the building work on the Wing opposite my Room. Staff were excellent though and my Room was very comfortable. Also great location.

Needs improvement!

Pros: The fitness centre and spa!
Cons: I think in general there is a lack of smiles (all around). People and staff are very matter of fact and quite what I consider quite cold.
The hotel room we were given had a corner view of the Bosphorus. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a Nespresso machine and capsules as the coffee at breakfast is undrinkable. However, the breakfast buffet is vast and really very good. The main concierge (Adnan) is fantastic but all the others can be replaced. Reception staff is nice enough but nothing special for a 5* hotel. English is spoken only by a few. The spa, fitness and wellness areas are fantastic and not to be missed. Parts of the hotel are under construction and the noise was too much. No previous warning about the construction was given on the booking sites. Highly recommend the restaurant right next door to the hotel for fab kebab!!!
