They make you sign some privacy document that mentions access to your data, but they won’t let you read it or give you a copy. It’s very suspicious. This is separate from the reservation form. No clue what I signed. Others have also complained about this in reviews. Said when they insisted on reading it, the staff tore it up dramatically.

They gave us an occupied room which was scary/awkward for all parties involved. Front desk just shrugged it off and blamed a “new system”. Upon getting into the new room it was very dated and dirty: carpets throughout dirty and room not dusted. The bathroom specifically was filthy dirty with pee on the seat. I’d personally never shower in that shower. Luckily for me I only needed the room for a few hours before a flight-not recommendable hotel for more than a few hours.

I have experienced the worst experience of my life, it is not a four star hotel, firstly you do not get the room you have booked, call for service and they promise to come by but it does not, health center should be worth opening at . 6.00 but it actually opens at 9.00, machines in the gym do not work, no water in Gakwzze, far away from everything, way too expensive.

We arrived at 15:00. We had booked a triple room with a double and an extra bed. They didn't have the triple room we had booked. They wanted to give us a twin and we didn't accepted. Then they let us wait 2 more hours to clean a double room with an extra bed as we had booked. When we finally got in the room there were only a double bed. Then we wait 1 more hour to get the extra bed. Towels etc were only for 2 persons. They were cleaning the room every day but never brought towels etc for 3 persons. We stayed there for 5 days. Internet was working only the 1st day. When we want internet we were getting out of the room at the corridor where other guests were there also for the same reason. Reception answer was everyday the same "i will inform our technicians". Carpets was dirty. Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. We forgot one backpack there and after we managed to contact them (after several messages and after expedia representative contacted them) they sent it to us. They charged us 250TL while the receipt was for 190TL. 14€ and a small purse was missing from the backpack. I had a car and i don't know how easy it is to get in city centre by local transportation. Overall, not a 5 star hotel.

House keeping stole from us.
Me and my family stayed for 7 days in the hotel. On our 5th day an expensive dress belonging to my wife was taken form our room. We went out for a visit outside town and left all our belongings in the rooms including the dress, By the time we came back the room was cleaned by house keeping and dress gone. We called reception and informed them that day and the next, we even saw one of the managers and nothing was done. We asked them to checked footage to see who cleaned the room and what they carried out after, still they just gave us excuses as if they are covering up for the maids. It was a terrible experienced, we had to leave that place with an understanding that they will call us on phone if something turns up. So please be checking your belongings while staying that place.

I checked in around 2 am unpacked everything only to find the WiFi wasn’t working, had to change rooms by taking all my cases downstairs just to collect the new room card, room and corridor carpets looked dirty, room carpet had stains which was pleasant, hotel lobby is nice but the rest of the hotel looks like it was a 5star 10 years ago

when I approach recepcion they told me my booking was canceled, even during the reservation I was choosing the option "pay at property", they didn't want to talk to me, they were very rood and say "it is your problem!?!
