it is the worse hotel that any one can usePosted 17-Oct-2014
Pros: only name
Cons: no comments
Location: location is good
we were provided with a room like Goal and there was not enough space for our cloths to be put into the wall robe we had to leave our cloths in the language. we complained to the reception and they then moved us up to another room which was even worse the smell of the toilet was so bad and not only that we asked to have some documents faxed, they did not know how to fax it or even scan it. that made us loose lots of money because we had to fax important documents. We left before it was time for our check out

Nice Hotel, Close to all the shopping/attractionsPosted 7-Oct-2014
Pros: Location was amazing!
Cons: Include Iron and ironing board in the room.
Location: Location is in the middle of all the attractions. It's 2 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. SultanAhmet is also another 5 minute walk, great for shopping
Great Hotel and it is a walking distance to all of the shopping, attractions, restaurants. We stayed in the SultanAhmet area which is the older part of Turkey where you can experience all of the Turkey's traditions. You can also take a 15-20 minute taxi to the Taksim Square and experience the more modern Turkey. The hotel rooms do not have an iron, you have to send your clothes to get them pressed. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. Lunch and Dinners you have to pay but the quality of food is great. Staff is super friendly but they do not speak much of English so be prepared to use your hands, or try Google Translate on your phone:)

Not what it seemsPosted 22-Sep-2014
The location is excellent as it is walking distance to all the main sights and it looks nice from the outside. But the room was tiny and dingy with two single beds. The room was what you would expect from a two star hotel.

Good hotelPosted 8-Sep-2014
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, there was a beautiful view from the balcony and friendly staff (however there was a language barrier). The food was good but the portion of the food size was small incomparison to the price. The rooms weren't as spacious as we hoped, however we did miss our english tea. The hotel staff provided us with excellent help when we required it.

Over charge the extra person feePosted 21-Aug-2014
Even thought I didn't ask an extra bed, they still charged 30 euro for child over 6. Everyday I have to ask to get the extra towel. Also the beds have no sheet.

Average hotel in there old townPosted 28-Jul-2014
Location: Very central and plenty to do in there immediate vicinity
Not great value for money. Staff were pleasant. Facilities new, but very generic. We thought it was ovepriced for what was offered. Nice terrace on which breakfast was served but the quality of the meal was only average at best.

V good, but when current renovations get completed should be fantastic. Service is awesome, prices are all reasonable & rooftop bar and restaurant has best view in Istanbul. Add to that the top location & fast wifi & can't go wrong

Comfortable hotel near activities.Posted 29-Jun-2014
Pros: Close to everything, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room.
Cons: There needs to be more shelf space in the bathroom.
Location: Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and other historical sites.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a map and several suggestions for activities in the area. Front lobby was clean and had several areas for sitting if waiting for someone. Room was reasonable size and comfortable. WIFI connection worked well. The tasty breakfast was served on the top floor which had an excellent view of the city.

Good hotel in an excellent locationPosted 31-May-2014
Pros: The view from the top floor restaurant, the friendliness of the staff and the excellent location.
Cons: Bathrooms could be bigger.
Location: Everything you would want to see in Istanbul is nearby. Get any standard guidebook and just about everything they recommend seeing will be close.
Excellent location near the main tourist sites: the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sophia. Within walking distance of the old city with its innumerable shops and restaurants. The view from the restaurant on the top floor is simply fantastic, especially at night. The hotel staff all speak reasonably good English (some French and Russian also) and are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate. Bathroom is very modern but a bit cramped. Food at the restaurant is good, and there are hundreds of other good restaurants nearby if you want something different. Be sure to have a map with you showing the hotel location (a Google map is good) because taxi drivers will have difficulty in finding it. An outstanding hotel for the price.
