Near the Blue Mosque

Posted 20-Nov-2014
Pros: Ubication
Cons: Light era rooms.
Location: A convenience store around the córner. Sultán heme tram stop about 7-10 minutes walk.
It is a standard hotel ,located near Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia. Staff is friendly. Rooms are average, clean a little dark, , , kind of stiff matress, kettle, safe ( did not work well ). Amazing view from the restaurant. Complimentary Hot chocolat, tea and cook íes from 3-5:30 p.m.

Good location but terrible service

Posted 19-Nov-2014
We had booked our reservations 3 months in advance and when we arrived at the hotel they informed us hotel was overbooked and moved us to their neigboring hotel. The 2nd day they told us to move back to the hotel even though they had said we can stay at the neiboring hotel the whole trip. In addition, there were several mishaps by the management during the course of our trip. Breakfast was good and plenty. Service is horrible.

location and view

Posted 3-Nov-2014
Location: take tram and metro to roam around to see sights and museums, palaces and Taxim Sq area. Avoid taxis if can. Bosphoros boat tour worthwhile.
Short walk to historical spots; fantastic rooftop view; clean facilities. Plausibly-superior room too small and no outside window and bathroom just too small; bathtub too tough in and out (risky); buffet breakfasts were excellent with a large variety. Easily use Metro 1 and Tram line 1 to get to hotel from Ataturk airport. Staffs were friendly. Only front desk staff spoke English. For more comfort, look for specific rooms with outside window and view.

it is the worse hotel that any one can use

Posted 17-Oct-2014
Pros: only name
Cons: no comments
Location: location is good
we were provided with a room like Goal and there was not enough space for our cloths to be put into the wall robe we had to leave our cloths in the language. we complained to the reception and they then moved us up to another room which was even worse the smell of the toilet was so bad and not only that we asked to have some documents faxed, they did not know how to fax it or even scan it. that made us loose lots of money because we had to fax important documents. We left before it was time for our check out

Nice Hotel, Close to all the shopping/attractions

Posted 7-Oct-2014
Pros: Location was amazing!
Cons: Include Iron and ironing board in the room.
Location: Location is in the middle of all the attractions. It's 2 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. SultanAhmet is also another 5 minute walk, great for shopping
Great Hotel and it is a walking distance to all of the shopping, attractions, restaurants. We stayed in the SultanAhmet area which is the older part of Turkey where you can experience all of the Turkey's traditions. You can also take a 15-20 minute taxi to the Taksim Square and experience the more modern Turkey. The hotel rooms do not have an iron, you have to send your clothes to get them pressed. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. Lunch and Dinners you have to pay but the quality of food is great. Staff is super friendly but they do not speak much of English so be prepared to use your hands, or try Google Translate on your phone:)

Not what it seems

The location is excellent as it is walking distance to all the main sights and it looks nice from the outside. But the room was tiny and dingy with two single beds. The room was what you would expect from a two star hotel.
