Pros: they are so honest they ceep my thing wich i forget in the hotel wacth and other thing.
Cons: the looby soooooo small
Location: very good
the hotel not the same and i were booked as double garden view the make me in side street view,and ther was construction and noisy.

Excellent restaurant in acceptable hotel

Very good restaurant with nice view. Pleasant staff. Well appointed rooms. The problem I found was that the air conditioning did not work fully and only produced hot air into a rather stuffy room. If the window was opened then the noise from next door discothèque was unbearably loud, so very little sleep was possible. For this reason only I would not stay again unless the air conditioning was changed.

Pros: The executive room
Cons: Computer system and services provided for business clients. The cat in the patio of the executive room.
Location: It's a quiet decent location
I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel if they are going for business. We have stayed there for 6 nights and 7 days. The customer service and front desk is absolutely great however, that's not enough when you are under pressure and nothing in this hotel works. For our entire stay, neither of the printers worked. Their keyboards are absolutely terrible (to the point that even one of the front desk was surprise and not able to type), their computers are very old and not functioning properly. The fax machine that they have in their office which you can use as well, will send one page at a time. They don't have the most updated softwares on their computers therefore, we were not able to open any of our attachments. We had the most difficult and stressful time. Also, unfortunately, they feed the cats in the patio of the Executive lounge which I found it very interesting and un-sanitized. The cat literally kept us away from the patio for the entire stay.

Very nice location, wonderful and all the time smiling, helpfull staff. I have been offered a nice upsell at my arrival at the reception and stayed in an amazing executive suit with a tremendous bosphorus view. Highly recommended!

tHIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE NAMED HILTON, OR HILTON SHOULD GO OUT OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS. THIS HOTEL IS ONLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ITS LOCATION. ROOM CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM DIDN'T WORK AND BLOWING COLD AIR AND HOTEL GAVE ME ELEMENT HEATER. IS'NT IT FUNNY?
