Overall the stay was fine other than the cleaners coming way too early or not cleaning at all. The breakfast was ok not much of a range for a turkish hotel. The location is very busy at times and there are plenty of food places.

There is no way this hotel ever had 4 stars, it is a no-star budget hotel in a noisy street, the room had a kettle but no glasses or coffee or anything to use with the kettle. Half the furniture was falling apart. The rooms are cramped and old. The continental breakfast is basic but adequate, their soup was quite good. It's fine if you need nothing more than a place to sleep.

It wasnt upto the mark not at all what i saw on internet. There was no complementry tea or coffee i had to purchase it even a water bottle. The area is noisy & toilet wasnt cleaned properly.

This hotel is definitely not a four-star hotel the room is very cold the shower and the bathroom is very old are use this hotel to star at the receptionists magnificent friendly polite very helpful

The Hotel was not busy as it was during COVID but felt empty with many lights off, the bathroom door had been kicked in damage & the heating was poor, lots of road noise & no kettle facilities in the room for a 500 lira per night room was quite disappointing with a lacklustre room with no headboards

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the Bosporus. The pillows were uncomfortable at first but we found softer ones in the closet and asked that they be replaced. Water kept leaking from the toilet's sewage. The bidet kept dripping water every couple of minutes, especially noisy when trying to sleep. The bed sheets were being changed every two to three days while the bed covers haven't been changed for four days. In addition, the room as whole wasn't being properly cleaned. So we contacted the hotel's management in the afternoon. Their response was that housekeeping leaves around noon and their is nothing they can do except changing our room. They moved us to a clean room free of any of the aforementioned problems, albeit it was way less spacious and on the backside of the hotel were noisy people from the street kept shouting till around 3 A.M. So the next day we requested to move back to our old room after being cleaned but they had already given it to someone else.

Arrived with no room availible bed was very dirty bathroom fan was out of order. No air conditioners. Waited for 2 houres till get some one on the phone to say that we can leave if not happy.
