“Excellent Stay in Istanbul”

The hotel was very nice, we stayed in house 2, which is right next to the check in house but has a larger balcony. Both houses have a delicious free breakfast buffet every morning. The rooms were nice and hotel cleaning staff were excellent. Very convenient to Blue Mosque, Hippodrome and Hagia Sophia. A little further to the tram stop. Good location overall. One small complaint, although I clearly showed up to the check in desk with two people, when I tried to check out they claimed I only reserved for one and charged me a (surprisingly) trivial amount. At least they were nice about it.

A part le WiFi qui ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres et l'eau chaude qui n'est pas toujours très chaude, tout est super. On s'y sent vraiment bien...

“Outshined Istanbul 4-star hotels by far. Personal Customer Relationship is main priority”

Though we've stayed in higher star rated hotels in Istanbul, they do not compare to the personal, friendly experience we had at Deniz Houses. It is obvious that developing a customer relationship is their top main priority, and goes beyond mere customer service, into a total positive customer service experience. Staff is extremely helpful in every aspect. We came back and stayed again, and were repeatedly impressed. We intend on returning to Istanbul, and when we do, Deniz Houses will be our preferred stay.

The price is very reasonable. It has an ocean view, and it is five minutes walking from a tram station at blue masque.

Nous étions deux couples lors de ce voyage et nous sommes tous d'accord concernant cet hôtel, convivial, bien situé, propre et très calme. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse.

“Great deal in Istanbul”

I stayed at the Deniz Konak a few weeks ago. If you are visiting Istanbul for the first time and want to be close all of the attractions it's perfect. Pretty quiet at night as all the other action is across town. Rooms are clean, with good basic amenities and a very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is a good deal as well. My room looked like the pictures and had a minibar, slippers and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Wifi was not the best, but available in the lobby. I'd stay here again!

Perfect location, nice and comfortable room (just misses one more cupboard or chair), small but clean bathroom, hot water also at late night, tasty breakfasts and amazing view from the terrace at the top of building.

“très bon hotel proche des lieux touristiques”

un seul point négatif, concernant les chambres qui donnent sur la mer, avec une vue magnifique, lever et coucher de soleil superbes: il y a du bruit avec la route et le train, mais on s'y fait, et nous avons préféré cette chambre à celle , calme, donnant sur une petite rue. Très bon hotel par ailleurs: deux points forts:-buffet thé café et biscuits ouvert 24/24 et accessible gratuitement, super pour un tea à 5 heures;-terrasse sur le toit avec une vue super sur la Mosquée bleue, on y resterait des heures!
