L'hotel est super un peu excentré du centre pour le calme , une odeur de renfermé dans les chambres mais elles sont spacieuse et confortable , la piscine magnifique même si la plage n'est pas géniale.

The people make this resort special. The resort is on the South end of the island convenient to the Dolfin Discovery, Garaffon Park, and Punta Sur. But it is a 15min taxi ride from the ferry and the north end where there is more day and night activity. The hotel didn't have a concierge and were not able to help arrange any activities... so we were left pretty much on our own to figure thing out. Within 1/2 block of the hotel is a rental facility where we rented a scooter for 1 day and a golf cart on two separate days... CAREFUL, the island is full of speed bumps. We were disappointed with the room. Advertised as Ocean View.. it was more like ocean peek. From our room on the 5th floor you had to step out on the balcony to see the ocean. The balcony guarding was solid concrete not allowing any view. While in the hotel we felt at ease. The pool areas and beach were relaxing. My wife took advantage of the on site spa and reported that she had received the BEST massage ever...

We returned after 5 years of being away, it has lost some of its charm, parking was packed, first room barely had hot water pressure was moved to another room and it was better. Venders in the lobby which was honestly annoying since we spent all day being haggled by venders off property only to come to the hotel and continue to be bothered. The bellhop and front desk were very inviting when we first arrived, champagne, cold towel and help with our bags was nice. Breakfast was decent but the orange juice wasn’t the same as 5 years ago. It didn’t taste freshly squeezed. lol would recommend to friends and family. Beach is beautiful to look at but wouldn’t swim in it.

Izla Beach Front Hotel is by far one of the great hotels in that area of the island. The property was well maintained, if anyone plans to reserve a room make sure you add the daily breakfast option, food was delicious! I can't say enough about this hotel and Claudia who serves the pool area, she was AMAZING!!! She knew everyone by name and was very attentive to all the guests at the pool. Claudia, thank you so much for your hospitality and your kindness! I will certainly use this hotel again and can't wait to get back there!!! #hiddengem

Property is beautiful and staff is all great. My only issue there was getting bottled water late at night, there should always be someone at the front dest with bottles of water, whether it cost money or not. We were told to wait until someone brings it up to the room, which can take far longer than you would like when you are thirsty

Quiet location near some restaurants and grocery store not too far away. Excellent staff and cleanliness. Only downside was that the beach was made with sandbags cut open. We just drove to north beach or did excursions most of the time so not an issue.

The staff at Izla Beach was exceptional, especially Armondo and Yeame. All staff greeted you joyfully any time you pasted or interacted with them. All the facility was clean and organized, towels were always available for the pool area. The food and beverages were really good and if you had any requests for drinks they were happy to accommodate. I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The cost was very reasonable for the stay but all food and beverage prices have gone up significantly all over the island, but that is pretty much like anywhere these days.

Beautiful newer hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. Beach and pool areas are beautiful and the water is amazing in that area. The staff at the pool area and restaurant were subpar. The hotel was not at full capacity and the waiter (male) by the pool was slow, not responsive and had a poor attitude. Claudia at the poor bar was amazing.

The property was very clean the food was excellent how breakfast was limited. The staff was out going, kind and helpful. If you want a pool fantastic! The beach was nice but small. The water was warm and clean however the sand in the water was mucky it felt awful on your feet and up between your toes most people walked in, turned around and went right back out. It felt like mucky lake bottom. There was always a cab waiting outside. It’s a $10.00 cab ride to the other end of the island for shopping and good dinners. This is our second year although the hotel was nice I would not return because of the water other end by the Mia water was much nicer

I loved this hotel! First off I have to mention how quiet it was! I'm kind of a difficult sleeper so this matters a lot to me . Also the beds are so comfortable! I slept like a baby. I was on the 5th floor so waking up each morning and going on the large balcony to look out at the beautiful ocean and lovely pool made my day. As well, I could view the amazing sunsets from the balcony. The staff were amazing. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it had a huge selection and was good. I would recommend asking for The breakfast package when you check in. We didn't know about this so it cost us more. But great coffee and individually cooked egg dishes- amazing chilliquilles, fruit and much more. A big shout to the staff: David, Marcos and Dani- all were so helpful friendly and attentive. But really all the staff was great! The only downside about the location is it is far from other restaurants and beaches. (There is a small beach at the hotel) But everything is just a short cab ride away- Enjoy!

Izla Beach is in a great location on the island for quiet relaxation, the hotel rooms and public spaces were all clean and well maintained, the staff was so so so kind and thoughtful, and the strip of beach is small and private. It's a bit far away from the downtown area, so definitely get a golf cart for roaming! And my only disappointment was the food at Numa, but the food at the Cafe was excellent every meal I had. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Izla beach front hotel isn’t too bad. It is 20 min ride with golf kart or 13 min ride by Taxi from the ferry. I think staff needs to be a little more welcoming and greeting guest to the hotel upon arrival. We paid for Sea View and they put us in room 213. It was surrounded by palm trees. I called the front desk and the follow day they had a room open in 527. That room was much nicer and with the sea view like we paid for. We notice soap and body care products in RM 527 was much better quality then 213. We ate at the restaurant and the calamari was a little hard to chew, like it’s not fresh. Service there wasn’t too bad. Bar area near the pool… After a long day, we decided to go sit by the hotel beach area. Not once did anyone come and check on us or asked if we would like to order any drinks. So customer service in that area really needs improvement. Overall the hotel isn’t bad looking. But Customer Service needs a lot of improvements.

First i am a well traveled person in Mexico. I have taken more than 25 trips to mexico in juat the last 10 years. Now Izla Hotel is hands down the best value on the Isla Murejes. Comfortable Bed, Amazing Staff, Very quite and most of all nice pool and a beautiful private beach.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Armando at the pool/beach side truly made our trip! Great service and when he heard it was my birthday provided us with a small cake as a surprise! Breakfast buffet was a nice treat in the morning and we ordered a late night snack of dessert which was exceptional! Beach front was clean and swimmable. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!
