It was easy to get to the restaurants, pools, and amenities at other wings. It you rent a car, there was plenty of parking. We really had a lovely vacation and we're very happy with our choice to stay at ANA."

"It was good stay overall, only thing is that they give 1000yen Gift ticket per for not using House clean service. But they only give only one day ticket at a time, so we stayed 10 nights and everyday we had to go to the front for the 1000 gift ticket which is not convenient NOR good service. They should give all 9 tickets at time of check in. That was the service I received at other hotel nearby. "
