Hotel from 1980
Looks and feels like its not been updated since 1980. Asked for 400Euro deposit and not sure why as didnt want to use restaurant. Lots of noise in the morning at 7am with doors creaking and slamming. No milk or creamer for coffee in the room. Towels not replaced daily.

Hotel with beautiful surroundings and a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is lovely and the food gorgeous, highly recommended. Thank you to Justine in particular, she’s always been above and beyond to make our stay as greater as possible. The staff are lovely and look after you. Disappointments: the room is very old and outdated, needs a full TLC. The coffee machines in the main areas were, during most of the day, switched off or without the pod trays in it. In need of contactless cards to replace the very awkward key and key ring. Will be back, definitely and recommended to travellers, families and business people.

Our stay at the Novotel Grenoble Nord Voreppe was brief, but pleasant. The staff did a good job with Covid-10 preparedness in all areas. The hotel room was a bit shabby, though, and in need of an update. There was a hole in the bathtub, and the sink stopper wouldn't stay up.

Great hotel next to highway
We always stop here for one night when driving down to Spain. Hotel is right next to the highway and easy accessible. We love the service, the secured parking and the great breakfast buffet. The dinner portions should be bigger and are generally too pricey when considering size and quality.

Breakfast is awesome and far better than expected. Friendly bi-lingual staff. lovely mountain view, pool and play area/ garden. They provide several family games.

Excellent for a short stay
What I look for in a short stay hotel is a comfy bed and good shower - this hotel had those, and more! Drink-making facilities, bottle of water and smalk fridge in the room, plus shower gel / shampoo. Quiet room with mountain view. Excellent variety of cooked and continental breakfast, and very helpful staff in whole hotel. Small pool is excellent for a quick dip after a tiring day.

We have two kids who sleep better when they don't have to share a bed. This hotel had a trundle bed so that each child could have a bed. The beds made a sofa during the day which was good for spending time in the room. We LOVED the pool and all the games available. The view of the mountains is perfect. Breakfast was plentiful!

Stayed for 1 night while travelling through France. Great location just off road network with lovely views in peaceful location.Facilities were good and staff friendly. Had evening meal in restaurant, was ok as hotel dining goes but we felt bit overpriced for what we had. Continental breakfast fine and was included in price. Hotel is now perhaps getting a little dated and would benefit from revamp.

Good stop over but a little noisy
A good stop over en route through France. Sadly not suitable for an evening walk as road very dangerous. A little noisy with fast traffic but a good sized room and comfortable beds. Waitress left a little to be desired.

Linens not clean
Bed linens were not fresh and clean, bed is very uncomfortable and no hot water in the shower itself. We had to request a new bed linens and quilt cover and we had to use next door's shower. Hotel management should always ensure everyday that all facilities are working and that bed linens were changed once guests checked out and ready for the next guests. It's not acceptable.

Words can't describe the level of care and attention we got in this hotel. Presents for the kids on arrival. Top restaurant dinners and mouth watering complimentary breakfast. Xbox for the teenage son was a hit. Amazing experience.
