“Well satisfied”

We found this hotel to be exactly as we had hoped. It was conveniently placed opposite the railway station and next to the tram stops, but with triple glazing there was no noise whatsoever.

“Rien à redire”

Rien à redire pour cet hôtel trois étoiles pour situé en face de la gare et à cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville de Grenoble. Pas forcément réservé aux petits budgets, mais le confort, le cadre et la qualité du service le vaut bien.

“Very acceptable hotel.”

Hotel was in the process of being renovated. This didn't intrude on our enjoyment though. Our roon was lovely with a view overlooking the Street and train station and a cute little balcony. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

“Grenoble is beautiful”

For us as train travellers, this hotel was perfect. The hotel was directly outside the train station. The staff were friendly. The hotel was nice but had some oddities. You had to go up steps to get to the elevator, the floor on each floor was not even/flat. The rooms were large and comfy. The bed felt like sleeping in grandmas house, large, warm and comfy. Great hotel to explore the city.

Just opposite the train station, very convenient if you get there by train. Only a few minutes away to the city center too.

We had a room at the front which overlooked a square with the train , tram and bus station opposite and a great view of the mountains beyond. Nice clean hotel, probably recently refurbished, quite stylish.Reception a bit slow in producing coffee and extra pillows-found it was quicker to get a coffee from the machine in the station( and cheaper too!) Otherwise no worries, would happily use it again.

“Convenient location, average hotel”

This was my third visit to the Best Western Hotel Terminus in the past five years. The best things about the hotel are: the friendly, helpful staff; the close proximity to the Grenoble railway station (about 300 yards away, and well within sight from the station); and the free wireless internet. They offer a breakfast buffet for about 11 Euros, and that is a good value compared to my experiences at other European hotels. Also, the hotel is within easy walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and city public transportation. On the downside, the hotel's rooms are comfortable but in need of update, and they are small by American standards.

D'après les photos nous nous attendions à mieux que cette chambre sombre, triste, papier peint mal posé, dans la salle de bain carrelage rénové par un débutant... parking fermé payant dans une tour crasseuse...

Nous nous attendions à mieux d'après les photos vues sur internet. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait, semble-t-il, subi un semblant de rénovation (papier peint et carrelage posés par un débutant? peintures à refaire) ; rideau de douche mal commode (en angle) ; éclairage insuffisant dans le couloir, etc. Nous n'y retournerons pas.
