“Heat the Darn Pool! Fix the Elevator! You'd get a perfect score.”

The only things keeping the Staybridge Suites DFW North Hotel in Irving Texas from an absolute perfect score was the freezing temperature of their unheated outdoor pool and one of two elevators was done for our entire stay. Other than that, the staff was outstanding, the breakfasts wonderful. Why a fan must be connected to the bathroom light was beyond me, but acceptable, even at 3am. The rooms were new and clean. We were in Dallas for a swimming pool and didn't get it! Other than that, it was a great stay.

“Lovely Hotel”

Staybridge was perfect. Their shuttle picked me up in a timely matter at the airport- the suite was beautifully decorated and the location was great! I'll be staying there next time I visit Dallas/Fort Worth for sure.

this hotel is a newer hotel and everything is new in it! great decor and everything! nice flat screen, nice bed, shower etc! i would not stay anywhere else if i return! also very conveient to get anywhere in dallas!

I would definately stay there & recommend this to friends! Very Clean, Staff extremely helpful, best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. All the ammenities exceeded my expectations including a dvd player (should have packed a movie)!

“Fancy Place!”

Had business with TI in Dallas. Staybridge was chosen for its location, as its easy access to 20 and near the airport. The rooms are very large and very moderly decorated. My room was a suite with a sitting room, leather couch, tv, kitchen, sink, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, granite counters. The bedroom had two beds, another tv, and access to a nice fancy bathroom. Positively surprised.

“Extremely impressed”

Staff was phenominally friendly and helpful! Room was contemporary and clean (loved the colors). Exercise facility was perfect. Complimentary breakfast and welcome home receptions were superb! Great location - quiet at night but close to interstates for business travel.

“Trendy and Upscale”

Beautiful hotel with no amenity lacking. The decor was fabulous! I rated this down for hotel service, only because we had to wait 15 minutes for a front desk person to arrive to check us in in the middle of the afternoon. I don't think it's very professional to leave the desk unmanned for so long, especially during prime hours.
