We have spent two weeks travelling Scotland, and, this is the best place we have stayed in. Very clean, good size bedrooms and showers. Easy walk into city centre. Safe parking. We couldn't have asked for more for our 2 night stay. Thank you

N oubliez pas vos boules quies
Bien situé. On peut garer sa voiture derrière la chambre et on est à 10 mn du centre. Bonne literie mais une isolation catastrophique. On partage la vie des voisins (bruit du plancher, de la douche, du passage aux toilettes et des chasses d’eau) si on est au Rez de chaussée. Quel dommage.

Géniaaaaaal !
SUPER. Alors là, c'est un coup de coeur assuré !!!!!! La guesthouse est propre, dans un quartier résidentiel, à trois minutes à pieds d'une boulangerie, à quelques minutes (5-7) du centre ville. Vraiment top. Nous sommes arrivés un petit peu en avance et nous avons été accueillis (à une autre adresse, qui se situe à 2 minutes à pieds de la guesthouse, l'adresse est indiquée sur l'email de confirmation) par une jeune femme souriante ! Elle a été fort sympathique. Tout le monde a été super sympa. Et nous retournons à Inverness c'est sûre ce sera dans cette guesthouse. La décoration de la chambre, le fait qu'elle était spacieuse, un joli plateau thé (très bien garni d'ailleurs !). La salle de douche très propre. Un chauffage d'appoint est disponible. Même le wifi a été meilleur que dans des hôtels de grands groupes. Vous trouverez un affichage avec les activités à faire, les agences, mais également des restaurants à proximité (avec des menus vegan et GF). Vraiment nous recommandons ! Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés. Génial !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charmant Guest House, propre et calme
L'accueil se fait à quelques centaines de mètres du Guest House, c'était précisé dans la réservation hôtels.com et nous avons reçu un mail de rappel qque jours avant, donc déjà un bon point! L'accueil est très chaleureux, le Guest House se compose de quelques chambres dans un quartier calme. La chambre était très propre. Vraiment je conseille cet endroit

Clean, large space for 3. Beds good. Provided clean towels each day. Stayed in room by parking so no privacy bc glass door looked out over parking area. Warm as only had 1 small window.

The room was very clean and comfortable, 5/5 for the property, although it’s far away from central. The only thing I’ve found terrible was the booking settings with a cancellation of my payment(for no reason), not confirmation of the booking and poor costumer support on e-mail or over phone to solve the situation. Overall, the room is great, the costumer service not much.

When you book through a travel agent, we have to follow their rules regarding your booking and all correspondence comes through them. Our hands are tied with how much we can do regarding bookings through Expedia unfortunately.

Pode melhorar no atendimento ao consumidor
Foi uma ótima estadia, mas o atendimento inicial foi ruim. Debitaram de meu cartão de crédito antes da estadia, enquanto o Hotel.com dizia que seria pago no hotel em moeda local. Reclamei, e disseram que enviaram um email (que nunca recebi), dando a opção. Enfim, perdi 15 libras na troca da câmbio e nessa confusão. Porém, no local, foram bastante atenciosos ao oferecerem um aquecedor portátil para ajudar na calefação do quarto. O hotel é decente e bem localizado.

The lady who helped me, Margaret, was so amazing and helpful. The hotel is great, the rooms is great, its superb value, and the service is superb. And the owner goes out of her way to help you. Me and Margaret do massively disagree on the key situation, and i firnly believe that two people in a room each deserve a key, as not all people sharing a room stay together 24/7, and thos can caise absolutelyhige inconveniences, but thats just my own personal opinion. I do think this hotel is outstanding, and i will be staying here many more times in futire. I have also recommended it to friends, who will use it on their trip to inverness. Thanks to Margaret and Staff for helping me have an awesome stay. You are simply brilliant!!

We had a lovely night here. Check in was friendly and easy, just a short stroll away. The only negative, as others have mentioned, was the footsteps from upstairs, and the smoking/drinking area right outside our room. Location was excellent for a walk into town for dinner and the bakery for breakfast.

The room was a bit small but clean. A little further to downtown Inverness that we expected. One negative was you have to go to a different location to get your room key , not very practical.

Convenient location, excellent rooms
Alban and Abbey House proved to be an excellent choice for two nights in Inverness. It is an easy walk from the centre of town, and has ample parking. The area is very quiet. The rooms are clean and extremely well-appointed, and everything worked as it should. Note that check in and key collection is at a different property a few blocks away.

Had i walked to the property from the station as it was i was met by family, on reaching the front door in the rain forgetting it said on the email to check in at another address, that is my only issue.

nice large room very clean staff was very friendly and helpful we has a small problem with the toilets .they immediately came to check and fix it it is located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the city center many dining option around
