“Good Hotel, Good Value”

The rate for the hotel was fair - not low, but a good value. The rooms were nice, not spacious. The service was excellent and the breakfast was good.

“Great Place to Stay!”

We were in town for the car show and booked this hotel online. It was a great place to stay, a short drive to the fairgrounds, and just what we needed at a great price. The hotel was very clean, nice beds and able to regulated the room temp. very easily. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with many choices. Thanks for a great weekend!

“Great hotel in Minneapolis/St Paul”

Have used this hotel multipal times including, recently with my girlfriend. She has commented several times how nice the hotel was. Small but very comfortable rooms. Well layed out. Limited breakfast but enough to get you going and of course no charge.

“A nice hotel”

It was a nice hotel for what we needed it for. It was just us two guys attending the ice fishing show so we didn't need much, but it was nice, the employees were nice and overall we were happy with everything.

“Fine choice for dog owners”

Eminently pet friendly, as advertised. Friendly and professional staff. Great location for area shopping, movies, and franchise dining. Do book a suite: much roomier than the basic rooms.

“Good enough.”

The Microtel was adequate for my needs. It was easy to find and had quick access to Hwy. 52. It was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was what I expected--rolls, bagels, a bit of fruit, cereal, and coffee. It got the day started. My one issue was the beds. If you like a very, very firm mattress, this is the place for you. For me, I felt like I was sleeping on a sidewalk. If a pillow-top mattress is what you're looking for, keep on looking.
