Location great, on Lake Ave and close to International drive, very clean, comfortable and nice looking at great price.
The only Con: WiFi is not protected and computer will balk and not open internet. Complained at office but they could not help (no idea of what is wifi/internet) and were not nice.
Check in was very quick and easy. All staff were very friendly . Lots or space in our suite and kitchen facilities a bonus. Breakfast was included and plenty of choice of either cooked or toast and bagels. If there was a down side it was the very slow lift but often it was not a fault of the hotel but children being allowed by parents to press all lift buttons before they got out !. I would definately recommend this hotel and would heve no hesitation of booking again. The new orlando eye is only minutes away which will be another bonus when it opens.
A really nice hotel! safe, clean and well maintained facility and extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is our second time we stayed and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
My only peeve - you use to have a coffee-tea maker to make both tea and coffee in the room. Now it is replaced by an expensive option that can only make coffee. For both of us, me and my bf, who love tea...we had no option but to run down every morning for tea....which was quite annoying. i don't understand Hilton's logic to replace something that was simple, multipurpose and environmental friendly with tassimo type single-serve, non-recyclable pods that only a few guests like!
The hotel was booked last minute, I have stayed at the Ramada on international Drive which was not a nice experience. This hotel was better as in it was much cleaner, staff were more friendlier and accommodating.
The best thing about the hotel is its location, Wet and Wild is 10 minute walk from the hotel and you can be at the top of the International drive within the same time.
I like the fact the hotel has a laundrette so if you are staying for two weeks yo can wash and dry your own clothes.
everything was great ruby was great with checking in.... Luz was very nice checking out we needed a roll away bed and we were on the 15th floor and the staff worked quickly to get it for us.. we visited wet n wild which was within walking distance I would deff. stay again. Thanks to everyone.
International Drive's largest claim to fame is the Universal Orlando Resort, home to two theme parks — Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios; the water park, Wet 'n Wild; and the entertainment area, CityWalk. The I-Ride trolley (really a bus) stops frequently along the street. At the north end of International Drive are two shopping meccas: Prime Outlets-Orlando and The Mall at Millenia.
