Just a short walk across the Inn River and you’re in the Altstadt and the heart of Innsbruck. Comfortable, clean room with all mod cons. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast available, plus coffee/tea throughout the day.

Lovely welcome and all staff so helpful. Recommend great places for us to visit as well as giving us times of buses etc. All staff so friendly especially the Italian young lady in the bar during the evenings we were there . She also recommended us to go to Seefeld which we did and was well worth a visit. Thank you

Nice location right across the river from the main area of old town. Easy 2 minute walk across the bridge. Staff was very friendly. Property was clean and safe. Breakfast was good. Great value vs hotels across the river. We would stay here again.

Excellent location. More specific instructions on how to get there would be appreciated. Take train to Nestroplatz station. Take the lift (same level as the train) to ground level. Do not take the escalator. Exit from lift & walk 100m to the hotel!

Hotel Mondschein is located just across the river from Inssbruck's Old Town with a bridge right in front of the hotel. This makes its location wonderful for walking around this wonderful city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. And the staff are very nice and helpful. The only minor downside is that if you arrive by car, you will need to park in the close Old Town parking garage, across the river. But this is a very minor issue given the quality convenience, and value of this hotel.

The view from our window was incredible! We loved the woodwork in the rooms, the breakfast area, and in the bar. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The window minimized any street noise from below. It was an easy walk to go to Old Town. We had a great stay at Hotel Mondschein.

The Staff are nice and very helpful. The location is very convenient, can walk in the center of the town in 5-10 minutes and the room is always clean. However, the temperature of our room at night is very warm, so we always open the window during the day. The Hotel may need some update. The room atmosphere is very basic.

Loved our stay at this hotel! Staff was nice, the breakfast room was beautiful, great walking distance and the rooms are even nicer in person than the pictures show! There is also an elevator which was super nice and everything was clean and comfy! We wish we stayed in Innsbruck longer! Thank you to the great hotel staff!

I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Mondschein. Besides being conveniently located (a short walk to shopping, dining, museums), the staff is wonderful! Renate and Patrick provided many helpful suggestions about dining options, things to see, etc. They helped make my time in Innsbruck the best it could be. I will be returning to Innsbruck in the near future and will definitely be staying at Hotel Mondschein!

The property seems like an old house or hotel that was completely renovated. The breakfast was good, and the location is central. Parking was okay, but not easy. You have to stop at a loading zone on the street to unload your luggage to take into the hotel. Then you move your car up the alley next to the hotel until you reach the small parking garage behind the hotel. The parking spots are a bit tight, but okay if you take your time. If you miss the garage, as I did, it is about 5 minutes (the roads are not direct in that area) to get back to that spot to try again. Overall, a good experience and the staff was excellent.

A Jem in the Alps.
The hotel is beautiful and in an idyllic location. It lies across the river from the old city which gives perfect access to dining and shopping while also have a bit more calm. The room was excellent. The bathroom and beds were clean and in wonderful condition.

My room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom and the location was really good, just a short walk across the river to the main square and old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Although it's walkable but it's far from the train station. Aircon is not working properly in the middle of the night I open the window because it's colder outside than inside. The free breakfast is good the staff are very informative and friendly location is good too

The hotel was nice and cozy, within 2-3 minute walking distance from most downtown places of interest. The AC didn't work in my room but it wasn't a serious problem.

Very attractive, clean and friendly staff. The breakfasts were very generous with lots of options. It is just across the bridge to Alt Stadt. There were many restaurants in the area and buses were easy to get to.

Perfect location to old town, very clean, we stayed in room 35 and it was very quiet. Hotel reception staff/employees very kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Very convenient self serve laundry facility a short walking distance away.
