"Great location and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!"
We were travelling with 11 family members and to have the restaurant staff staff and the front desk staff learn our names? Well that tells us that they're paying attention to our needs! And boy did they! The rooms were comfortable, quiet and easily accessible to the entire hotel. Great pool area for everyone. The buffet was incredible! It felt like the Ritz Carlton! The Waitstaff, especially Angelica, made us feel like part of the family. Definitely a wonderful experience!

"Good location"
Stayed in this Hotel because is very close to two of the main roads northwest of Mexico City. The entrance to the hotel is not well shown and cam be easily missed. There is nothing special about the check-in or check-out process, the staff is courteous. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds, very spacious. Although the furniture is outdated, the room and bathroom were clean. We did have a problem with a non-functioning mini-fridge that was exchanged in a matter of minutes after I notified them of this issue. The location and cost were the two main reasons why I selected this hotel. If I have to return to this area again, would definitely come back to this hotel.

"Business Traveler approved"
This is a comfortable hotel for a business traveler. There were a few issues. I use a machine next to my bed that must be plugged in and the room had no plug next to the nightstand. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they had maintenance CREATE the capability for me in another room and moved me. It was a little bothersome, but they met my needs. While I was there four nights, the hotel was not very busy. Less traffic means less things happening in the lobby area. Restaurant was decent food, but the omelet chef could use some additional experience. Across the street was a very inexpensive but AWESOME traditional Mexican food restaurant! Service was superb, food was great (I ate there several times) and the ambiance was upbeat! I would stay here again.

"Good for the price. "
Be careful of the glass front panel doors. I walked into the swinging one, thinking it was open! Décor is European "spare". No carpets in rooms, but probably cleaner that way. Noisy, especially on lower floors. I moved from 3rd to 7th because trucks woke me up at 5 am. The hotel is not built with rooms on the back. Rooms are large. Have safe in closet. Desk, easy chair. Enjoy the guavas and papaya for breakfast. Also a fantastic hot breakfast dish from Oxaca, thin sliced pork in a green sauce that is made of ground pepitas (pumpkin seeds). with mild spices. I thought it might be avocado. I liked Holiday Inn, Toreo-Satelite Naucalpan better. Haven't tried it since it changed to "La Mision, Centro de Conferencias."
