Shula's Steak House - Named after NFL coach Don Shula, this fine-dining restaurant specializes in certified custom-cuts of Black Angus beef, live Maine lobsters, and fresh fish, complemented by an extensive wine list. Private dining rooms available.
Starbucks - Coffee, breakfast pastries, sandwiches, and salads are served at this Starbucks located on the lobby level.
No Name Lounge - Serves light snacks and premium liquors and wines. Inside Shula's Steak House.

Recreation
The hotel has an indoor pool, spa tub, and 24 hours fitness facilities. White River State Park, less than two miles away, offers paths for walking, hiking, biking, and in-line skating. The park's River Promenade and Central Canal are popular and picturesque. “Very Nie Hotel”
Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Make up mirrorin room was burnt out and set of outlts in room didn't work bu not a big deal.
“Indy Westin”
The Westin is a very nice hotel. The rooms are great and always clean. You have skywalk access to everything downtown and around the area. Shula's is a great place to eat and there are lots of other restaurants nearby. There are taxis everywhere and I have made it easily for flights leaving 45 minutes before my departure.
“Great Indy Hotel”
Stayed for New Year's Eve. Though a busy night, had smooth sailing. Valet courteous. Check-in process quick. Room clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Starbucks just off the main lobby is a plus. I have stayed at the Westin in the past for the Indianapolis 500 and had a similarly positive experience. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
“Made our Trip.”
I enjoyed staying at this Hotel it was my first time but will not be my last. the Westin will be my FIRST choice when I visit Indianapolis for any reason. Thankyou
“Love this Hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel many times. Shula's is amazing and the wait staff has always been attentive and friendly. They all seem like they enjoy their jobs and we eat there for dinner and breakfast. (You HAVE to try the eggs benedict....it is the best!) There is nothing but good to say about this hotel, EXCEPT I have always marveled about how drab the carpet and paint is in the hallways. It makes it look like thay had to cut corners somewhere, and this is where they cut! It is such a great hotel. I think about the hotels in Vegas where not a detail is overlooked and I really wish they could fix the decorating. Hey....I am obviously very picky and when all I can come up with is some new paint and carpet...you can't miss. I just hope someone in the chain reads this review.

“Great Hotel”
Everything was great, although the pool and hot tub were old and dated. Everything else was everything one would expect and more!
“Great weekend!!”
We stayed for the weekend of the Big 10 Championship Game. Great location. Close to bars, restaurants and football stadium. Had a great weekend and we would definitely go back.
“The Westin staff rocked”
The hotel staff was terrific once we arrived. The room that we booked through Expedia wasn't available at Westin. The staff at the hotel was phenomenal, just wished we would have booked directly.
“Enjoyed the stay!”
We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Indianapolis. Highlights include the Heavenly Bed, shower, and bath robes. The only real problem is that the cost of parking wasn't included in the room rate. I know this isn't uncommon for a downtown hotel, but it does add another $26 to the cost of your stay.
