If you want a cheap place to stay then its perfect. Staff was nice. Hotel was old, musty, my clothes smelled like smoke when we got home. We are nonsmokers and supposedly in a nonsmoking room.

“Economical accomodation”

The room was clean, the only thing I noticed was a bit of an odour which seemed to be from the air conditioning unit, so I just turned it off. The room also had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Other than that I was satisfied and the staff were very congenial.

“Not as impressed as I would like to be”

This is an older hotel that they seem to be renovating. The beds were very hard. Breakfast was marginal. Overall, not impressed and would not recommend.

“Shoddy, but Thankful for any room during the Indy 500”

I realize during the "Indy 500" we were fortunate to have a place to stay. The room however was not in good shape. Coffee pot missing the glass. Hair dryer didn't work and a general "shoddy room" We had rented a room early for the big night(the night before)for less than half the price. However, why should we be complainers? We have so much to be thankful for. Much of the world doesn't even have any room to stay in. Thanks for listening. Chuck

“Fair for the price”

The hotel for the most part was very satisfactory -there was horrific smell in the stairwell and their was water on the carpet in the room. But considering that half of Indiana was suffering flooding it is possible that it was collatoral damage from the weather and not hotel mismanagment - the room was otherwise excellent and the service fair - I would stay their again.

“not impressed!”

Had to go outside to get to front desk and breakfast-Pouring down rain! Needed more bath towels in room(only 2) No elevator! Not good for senior citizens! Recommend hotel be completely smoke free. Had smoke free room but was thick in the halls and entryways.

“Remodeling”

I think they were remodeling, but the motel still needs a lot of work. People were very nice.

“Good Location”

Price and location make this hotel a deal. Rooms need a little maintenance.
