“Very clean and convienient to downtown”

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Exceptionally quiet even though there was a big event in town.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Stayed two nights and was pleasantly surprised; room was large, clean, and well lit. The breakfast was well above average. Staff was helpful. My only suggestion would be dump the 15 year old 25” TV for a 50” plasma. WlLL stay again

“Plan to go back”

With the exception of them wanting to charge me again for my stay, it was convenient to the airport, speedway, and freeways. The staff (except for the check-in person) was great, very helpful, and informative. The room was more than I needed but very comfortable. Plenty of parking space and full breakfast. Didn't take adavantage of their evening socials.

“Wow”

The staff was amazing. I had a lot of requests, and they were very nice and patient in completing them. I am even planning on writing to the manager because every single person I talked to was beyond helpful. The rooms were clean and set up nicely. I slept on the couch, and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing, more than you could expect from something free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and if ever go to Indy, I would try to stay here again.

“Great stay”

Residence Inn is my new favorite hotel. Had the grandkids sleep over on the sofa bed. Had a blast, staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Can not beleive it is rated at a 2”

I was very pleased from the shuttle service from the airport all the way to the shuttle service back to the airport. The hotel personnel were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was much more than what I had expected. The breakfast was above other hotels by far. I would not hesitate at all to stay here again. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
