“Very Nice!”

The new remodeled rooms look great and very clean! Had a nice big TV with a clear screen...For the price it's an excellent deal! Would recommend to anyon.

“Great for the price!”

Going into the hotel, I honestly did not know what to expect. I was very happy will all aspects of my stay. The service was excellent. My room was clean and more than met my needs. I will stay here again whenever I am in the area again!

“Just what we needed”

Nothing fancy or special (no iron, minifridge, etc), but provided all of our basic needs, was clean, and staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again - great price and only 15-20 min to downtown Indy.

“Good value”

A little confusing finding the entrance and the Lobby, Wi-Fi should be free to all Guests! Also, it was a bit confusing to set up and lost connection the next morning but worked fine while connected.

“Red Roof in Indy”

Hotel was fine. The king room with the computer desk was just right! But the promised internet connection did not work! I was disppointed by this. The front desk said " we are having trouble with this and they are working on it" They never got it fixed. I would stay there again.

“A good night's sleep at a great price”

We were traveling with 6 other family members (4 rooms total) and needed a place to sleep with a great price. We all knew that we would not spend alot of time in hotel room so we were very pleased with price as well as the rooms themsevles.

“Red Roof is nasty”

Found dirty coffee cups under bed, comforter was filthy, toilet had puke on the side of it. Disgusting

“Nightmare of an experience.”

See check-in experience above. Would not recommend to others. Check-in was a nightmare. We have a daughter in the NICU at St. Vincents and we arrived around 10 pm emotionally and physically exhausted. The woman manning the front desk gave us a half hour of grief and would not allow us to check in because of paperwork not filed on their end. She refused to call and cooperate with our out of state liaison that was taking care of things for us. After 3 calls to Redroof corporate and several calls to the front desk our liaison was finally able to get us checked in. The desk manager apologized after the fact but I will never stay at another Redroof again. Horribly degrading experience.
