“decent stay”
The elevator needs some serious attention(really really slow) Vending machines did not work

Everything was great. We had actually stayed there the year before when it was a Days Inn.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this very affordable and nicely remodelled hotel was within walking distance to the downtown circle of Indianapolis! It also offered free parking and a free HOT breakfast!

“LaQuinta Inn”
You could tell that the facilities had been updated from an older structure. Things very clean. Staff exceptionally friendly and willing to assist. Beds comfortable. Only noise issue was a siren. Keep in mind, though, that is a downtown hotel. Something to be expected. A couple of blocks from transit stops. But the walk is very doable and really is convenient. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Go for it. Rather pay price here than over priced lodging a few block toward center of town! Room rate was about 1/3 less.
“checkbook friendly convenience”
it was walking distance to everything if youre not handicapped, clean and reasonably priced. decent complimentary breakfast if youre an early riser. overall a very satisfactory experience. i recommend it to those on a budget with realistic expectations.
“odd encounter”
When I first walked in there was a half empty water bottle and some change on the dresser..... It seemed odd that house keeping would miss that.
