“WE WILL BE BACK!”

I LOVE THE GOING TO A HOTEL WHERE WE ARE TREATED KINDLY AS GUESTS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THE LAYOUT WAS GOOD AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. BEAKFAST WAS FRESH AND READY WHEN WE WERE. THE SHUTTLE WAS ON TIME. WE WERE ABLE TO LEAVE OUR CAR PARKED AT THE HOTEL UNTIL OUR TRIP WAS OVER AND THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE. WHEN RETURNING, THE SHUTTLE ARRIVED QUICKLY AND DROPPED US OFF AT OUR CAR. (I HAVE BEEN STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT BY ANOTHER HOTEL SHUTTLE, SO I WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE OF A DEPENDABLE AND PUNCTUAL DRIVER.) THANK YOU LA QUINTA INN

“Pleasantly surprised”

I was not expecting much for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It was a good hotel for business travelers.

“Will be back again.”

I arrived late into Indy and this hotel was great. Close to the airport. Very comfortable bed. Free wireless internet. I will definately be staying here again.

“Great room”

Excellent hotel. Free Internet, clean rooms, breakfast was waiting for us at 5:30 am. Work out room was sparse, but other than that. I would recommend this hotel.

“Good place to stay”

This hotel was very convenient to the airport and the room was well taken care off. Enterprise Car Rental dropped us off at the hotel so that we did not have to go to the airport to catch the airport shuttle. The staff could have communicated some of the directions regarding shuttle procedures better.

“Close to Airport”

The hotel was very nice and clean, in the morning we arrived a little late for breakfast and the hostess was good enough to bring us back into her kitchen area so that we could get something to eat. Overall service was very good. The only problem was in getting directions from the airport to the hotel. We telephoned 3 times before getting someone that didn't have a thick accent so that they could better explain where we were going. Sometimes people don't understand that if you are not familiar with the area it is difficult to understand what they are saying - as one person said, turn right, turn right, turn right as opposed to turn right onto the main road from the parking lot, then turn right onto the combined highways, stay in the left lane (do not go right onto route 465) and then take the first right exit onto Executive where the hotel is. We did get lost the first 2 times.

“Accomodating Stay”
