Stayed for the MotoGP race at the Speedway...

I appreciated that the hotel set up special parking in anticipation of the number of motorcycle riders that would be staying that weekend.

Indy MotoGP Weekend

Pros: The staff.
Cons: The restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey, but the food was very good.
Location: We were there for the Indy MotoGP motorcycle races. Need I say more?
The hotel lived up to the Hilton standards. The staff was excellent. Somehow they had found out it was my wife's birthday and Anthony from the front desk sent chocolate covered strawberries up to our room. The stay could not have been any nicer.

Restaurant had very limited menu...take out was slow...room ok..noisy suite next to us..fan on ac was REALLY Loud.....wouldn't stay there sgsiny

Pros: Easy to get to the highway system and a lot of restaurants and grocery stores close by.
Very Polite Staff. Conditions are clean for the most part. Beds are comfortable.

Booked a king suite. They didn't tell us until we walked to our room and discovered a double room that apparently they were overbooked and sold out. They decided to place us in an accessible king suite. Then we discovered the pool was unavailable for 3 days. And there was a college event and it was incredibly noisy all night. Staff didn't seem organized or helpful, the desk manager was rude. Will not stay again. Rooms and hotel is dated , breakfast buffet was small and very dry.

We do our very best to honor all bed type requests but from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances we are not able to. I am sorry that it happened on a day that you were visiting us but am pleased to know that we were able to accommodate you. We understand that it is disappointing when what was reserved is not available and do our very best to try to avoid this. In regards to the pool, yes it was down for 2 days due to a renovation project in the pool. I do apologize you were not able to enjoy it during your recent stay with us. I am very sorry that you did not find the team members to be hospitable. As a hotel we strive to have the best customer service and clearly we let ourselves down as well as you. Good value, little far from Indy

Stayed one night, room was very far from elevator and ice. View was a parking lot. No refrigerator, only one trash can (in bathroom). Comfortable bed, nice shower and big fluffy towels. Tv menu tedious to get to basic viewing channels; simple is better! Phone in room rang close to midnight, woke me from sound sleep. Did not answer, must have been a room to room call? From now on, I will find out how to turn off ringer in hotels!

Nice for business traveling.

Pros: I did like the location, there was places to eat and shopping.
Cons: Some of the rooms need to replace the desk chairs, they were really old and worn.
Location: The hotel was near castleton mall and lots of places to eat.
Room was clean and comfortable. I did not visit the pool however it was lots of people in the pool, seemingly having a good time. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing I did not like was there was no breakfast, not even continental. All the other hotels around this one offered breakfast.
