Very nice comfortable room and bed. Everything's very accessible. Great location on NW Indy.

Pros: The service was wonderful!
Location: Close to the Children's Museum (about 10 minutes)
Hotel staff was helpful with directions and the room service was wonderful!! The gentleman that brought the room service was wonderful. He interacted with my boys (6,4, and 2) and even brought them back chocolate milk in their own cups! A+

Not the greatest especially for a Hilton

Pros: Pleasant employees
Cons: Clean sheets and more comfortable bed. Don't know if we got crap because we used Expedia or not, but not happy with the experience.
The first room I was given had a messed up door. You couldn't open it and they were aware they had a door with a problem. So...tired from working all day, driving 2 hours and arriving at 10 pm, I had to go back downstairs to change my key and rooms. Then, the bed had "something" on the sheets which we had to deal with and the bed itself WAS NOT comfortable. I couldn't wait for morning to come to get the next day over with and go home. Won't be staying here again.

Did not have King Size bed as reserved.

Upon check-in I was told there were no more king size beds left. I had just confirmed a few hours prior. On our first day, we left the room around noon. I called the desk to let them know maid service could come in and do our room. We got back to the room around 9:00 pm and no maid service had occurred. I called the front desk and they brought up clean towels for us. All in all a less than average stay for us.

The carpet in the room was a bit dirty

Location: I visited Butler University and went to the basketball game on Friday night (March madness)
The evening front desk people was not very helpful. I met the manager of housekeeping, he was very informative, and listen, very nice man

Cons: Was disturbed with vacuum cleaning in bar late afternoon. Seems that should be done in morning.
We stay in this hotel about once a month and like the area location.

Safe and Sound

Pros: VERY nice and helpful staff. They made a big difference.
I booked this room for my wife who had to go to a funeral. She had to go alone on this trip. Being close to a big city and being far from home is always a concern for a lone woman. She told me how safe she felt there. There were employees everywhere helping her at every turn. People helped her get her luggage out of her car and up to her room. They would not even accept a tip from her. She said how very nice the hotel and staff were. She forgot her credit card at the bar and the bar tender took it to her room. When she went to leave, the house keeping staff saw her and radioed for someone to help her get her luggage from the lobby to her car. The hotel room was so nice and clean. We usually take the comforters off beds in hotel rooms and toss them on the floor because they don't seem so great. She said the comforter was very nice and she actually kept it on the bed. My wife was very pleased with this hotel. I am a member of Hilton's rewards program. I called to ask if she could get an early check in because of the funeral home viewing time. They were fully booked due to "March Madness." What surprised me was that they could not match the same rate I got on Expedia's website. Expedia showed the room being on a 45% sale, and it really was. The Expedia rate was the best out there. Thanks Expedia! I really want to thank the staff at Hilton for being so nice and helpful to my wife who felt safe and sound during her stay there.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful in any and all ways. The room was extremely clean and maintained, I plan on coming back to the Holton when I travel to Indianapolis or elsewhere. I had an excellent stay while there!
