“Perfect location”
We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we needed to go for the two days we were in Indy. The location and view out our window overlooking Monument Circle were great!
“See ya next year!!!”
The hotel is GREAT! The front desk staff were very pleasant & helpful. The restaurant wait staff were also very pleasant & very attentive. The bar staff was GREAT!!! If you're planning on staying at the Garden Inn (I would recommend it), make sure you meet Kathy (when she's bartending). She was so much fun, I didn't notice what time it was until she was closing up!! I loved that it's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of ALOT of things. I walked to Military Park for the Rib Festival to see two of my favorite bands (Candlebox & Collective Soul). I hope they have another great lineup next year and hope to come back & stay at the Garden Inn again! Except, this time, I'll stay longer so that I can enjoy more of what the city has to offer!

Everything was great. Needs were anticipated and fulfilled. A wonderful expericence.
“Hilton's finest”
I have stayed at many fine hotels in the country and this hilton was the best that I have ever experienced. The staff was courtious and helpful in helping with directions and places to have dinner. The room had a spectacular view and was well maintained. I will definately return!
“Nice hotel in a convenient downtown location”
Hotel had all the charm of an older hotel with all modern features. Was close to major downtown attractions. Staff was pleasant and room service food was excellent with good service. Only thing I noticed when first entering the room was a musty, stale odor but it retreated when I turned on the AC. The TV Internet system worked very well as I did not have a laptop and was able to finish some work.
“Almost perfect”
Everything was plesently good. Fresh cookies in the lobby upon check-in. Quick Expedia check-in (as always) and up to our room within 5 minutes. Hotel was in old building so while booking we had concerns of a musty type old feeling, NOT AT ALL! Very clean, modern and refreshing room. 10 foot ceilings only added to the charm. I go to Indy 3-4 times a year. Will stay there again. Only one minor complaint, pillows not very good. Bed was fine but pillows need help.
“Super Friendly”
we drove 26hrs to get to the hotel so when we arrived we were very tired. The staff seemed to sense this and quickly swept up our bags, checked us in and directed us to the restaurant that they opened early for us. Free bread, chips, popcorn and snacks that could be brought out were made available to us until the chef arrived to make us dinner. The room was spacious enough for our purposes with a very comfortable bed. The wireless internet was easy to use. Free printing was nice but only available in the office as printing from the wireless network was not functioning. The staff was very friendly and engaged with us about why we were there (GenCon) and what our plans were. When they found out my wife did not have plans on the Saturday night they arranged to get her free tickets to the Video Games Live concert! Overall a wonderful experience and we will definately make plans to return next year.
“Great hotel”
Located on Monument Circle, this hotel has access to everything downtown. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. I would stay here again.
“Just a Few Steps from the Town Center Fountain”
Very nice, clean hotel with a great location. Parking Garage next door (a bit expensive) but convenient. Valet parking also available.

My husband and I stayed here with our 21 month son. The staff is so friendly, the rooms were very nice and clean. We had a fridge and microwave in our room which was great. Had a great time in the hotel pool and breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant was the best we have had in a long time. Wish all hotels could be like this one! Definately staying here again. Plus they have a deal with the Indianapolis Zoo - you will save lots off your ticket price - ask the hotel before you book. Love this hotel!!
