“Not bad after all”

Well I stayed at this place for 12 nights for the price I paid, it was not bad after all..and other reason was it was not that far from my office! In house kitchen, refrigerator, wireless connection for 5$ for your whole stay, Free breakfast in the morning {2 type of coffees, Bagels with cream cheese, 3 different type muffins, some fruits, orange + apple juice}. Regarding fitness center, they don't have weights just the treadmill and other 2 machine. Overall this place is not so bad....

Very nice room for the price we paid. Will use this hotel the next time we to to Indy.

“Hotel experience was lovely”

Overall I think that the hotel experience was good. However, the continental breakfast was less than impressive and I know that the rooms have kitchettes but I did not want to spend the extra time and effort in cooking breakfast when one is provided. A better variety would be most appreciated. Also, I think that it would not be too much to ask for free wi-fi. It is nearly standard in many hotels and I feel that it is nice perk and will certainly affect my future hotel bookings. Otherwise the room was clean and easy to access. Thanks for the stay!

“It was a great deal for what I got”

The hotel was great, I lalso iked the fact that the nearby Denny's gave me a discount for staying there. One thing I did not like is that there appeared to be a shortage in face towels. I did not like taking a bath with the large towels. However, the fact that the hotel was able to accommodate my family of 6, it became a winner with me. I loved everything else.

“Pretty good for the price”

The area is pretty hum-drum. Not much is going on and there's isn't a great choice of places to eat right around the hotel. My room was non-smoking, but when I first arrived, there was a strong smoke smell. That night, I was awakened twice by the smell of fresh smoke coming into the room. I don't know where it came from, but it was disgusting. I didn't report it though, my fault, but I did buy some febreeze and attacked the room when I got back the next day. It seemed to make it better. The breakfast is reasonable with the cost of stay...nothing fresh made except the coffee, bagels and wrapped muffins. I didn't try out the pool. TV selection is good. If you are there for less than a week, they won't do any housekeeping, but it wasn't a problem in my case (3 nights). The staff is pretty hands-off unless you need something and then they are very helpful. I had no issues.

“Wish i could have stayed longer!”

The hotel was easy to find, the rooms were clean and staff helpful, eager but not "over eager". The room and staff was beyond what i expected for the price. My wife and i arrived 11/30/09 and stayed only one night on business. We both look forward to our next visit to Indy. The question of "Where are we going to stay" is no longer a question. I booked the room online with Expedia. The process was easy and quick.

“I'd stay here again!”

For the price, it was great—sure, it's "no frills," yet it was clean and a decent location to the airport. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, plus they have a Park-n-Fly package for people coming from afar who don't want to pay for long-term parking (plus if you have an early flight).

“The desk staff made our stay pleasant!”

The lady at the desk was wonderful! She was very helpful and friendly. We had the same lady check us in and she was there the next morning to check us out. Although the hotel itself was just OK, having Joy M. at the desk made our stay pleasant!
