Only minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Price was very affordable. Will stay again.
“Good value for the money”
Very spacious room -- in fact, it was bigger than I expected. I had booked a room with a queen bed and ended up getting a king. (I certainly wasn't about to argue with them about that...) Two relatively minor complaints: the free continental breakfast wasn't much: bagels, muffins, fruit, and that's about it. (Although the coffee was quite good, I must say.) Also: I don't stay in hotels very often, but I'm accustomed to complimentary soap, shampoo, and hand lotion. My room only had complimentary soap, but no shampoo or lotion. All that said, I'd still say this place is a good value for the money.

My wife and I stayed here on our way to KY as a stopping point for the evening. There were many of positive attributes, yet a few poor ones as well. PROS: - Very clean and comfortable - Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. - Health center was nice addition. - Very close to the interstate and airport yet our room was very quiet!!! - Bed was really comfortable! CONS: - Did not know our exit was closed and had to navigate Indianapolis blindly, a real marriage builder. - Had no clue when breakfast was and we totally missed it, cold not find any other alternatives in the area besides Wafflehouse. - Water in our room tasted and smelled funny. - Health center was hot and sticky, dusty, had to figure out how to operate/plug in equipment. - Had difficulty getting in after 11:00p, coming from IL there was a time change. - Stay by the hotels and interstate unless you are confident in the area, seemed to be a tough neighborhood further down the road. We were in a more deluxe room as we booked late but it had some nice touches to it and made it seem a little nicer than a plain hotel room.

I stayed at the hotel because I had a very early flight. I just wanted a safe place to sleep and to leave my car and didn't want to pay a lot for it. I was a little concerned because the price was really cheap. My concerns were completely unfounded. The rooms and hotel were much nicer than I expected and they were very accomodating about getting me to and from the airport. My only complaint would be that they don't do wake up calls. I will definitely stay there again. I didn't need the kitchen facilities, but for anyone who needs a place for multiple nights, I don't think this could be beat for the price.
