The hotel had some renovations going on and the maintenance level was good. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.

Older hotel needs to be remodeled.

“Horrible beds”

When I stay at a hotel it is usually for a good nights sleep in between our main purpose for being out of town. At this hotel that did not happen. The bed had to be the cheapest they could find, all we felt were springs causing tossing and turning all night. If the beds were nicer the stay would have been wonderful but waking up in pain makes all the good go away. Unless they update the beds do not waste you time or money.

I was in town on business and it was very last minute. For the price, this room was HUGE!! The cleanliness of the hotel wasnt the best; most of all it was the common hallway carpeting that was severely stained/soiled. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definately stay here again with the location, price and helpful staff.

“nothing fancy.”

I stayed there the night before the Indy 500. Because of that weekend, I paid more than I felt the place was worth. Still, the room was clean, and smoke free. It is just minutes from several restaurants and probably a half hour from the track with no traffic.

“Not impressed”

The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The comfortor had a big stain in it and when we told the person at the desk they did nothing about it. When housekeeping came in during the day they did not change it and we had the same comfortor again the second night.

“Nice area, but questionable management”

Hotel was outdated, but kept clean. Hallways a bit smelly, but very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced option, but bathroom fan, fridge, toilet not fully functional on arrival. Exterior doors were continually propped open, and "sketchy" people were coming in and out all 3 days we stayed. Management was informed and responded politely. We had an abandoned vehicle and refuse just outside the door. I felt embarrassed to meet our friends there.

“OK - better than most.”

Only flaw - heater took too much moisture out of the room, making sleep uncomfortable for two senors.
