“Great employees!”

From check-in to check-out, our experience at this hotel was made exceptional by helpful and cheerful employees. They made our stay better with directions, recommendations for restaurants, and other advice.

“nice stay”

very nice hotel. would have been GREAT hotel if there was an airport shuttle after 9pm.there was a city shuttle with a stop across the street, it was raining the day i flew out, the city shuttle has a schedule but sometimes runs up to 20 minutes behind, guess what that means-standing in the rain. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel itself however it was the only thing i didn't like about the stay.

“above and beyond other hotels”

Front desk person, Miss Peterson was amazingly helpfull, gracious and hospitable. She helped us with EVERYTHING we ask for help with. The food and Beverage, breakfast person was also EXTREMELY hospitable. Think his name was Jeremiah. We had ask if any of the muffins that were out were blue berry. With only fifteen minutes until he was scheduled to shut down the breakfast buffet, he told us that it didn't look so. he went to the back and got us two muffins. he didn't have to. I also like the fact that he put on a glove to get the muffins and did all this before i could walk from where i ask him the question back to my seat. the cleaningstaff was also helpful. They spoke english. Alot of hotels i've stayed at hire persons that don't. The restaurant lady that was on was a little rude, rushy and did try to accomodate my request of not producing my food order until later, but the food was delicious non-the- less. the Hotel's original price was expensive, but the hospitality of most workers and quality of food was worth it. i couldn't afford more that two nights of a four night stay in Indiana, but it was good while i was there. will like to go back if they have a price special so i can stay ther for my whole vacation next time

“I'm Hard To Please”

Nice covered parking to start. The room was large and the 2 double beds were comfortable. There was no hair on the bathroom floor or tub, I'm always looking for hair. We enjoyed the walk to the Circle City Mall, it was only a 20 min. walk. Neighborhood was safe and we felt safe walking at night downtown and back. The breakfast was hot and good. The doughnut holes were dry, but, everything else was good. The staff was very friendly. I will definetely be going back to this hotel everytime I go to Indianapolis overnight in the future. The cost was reasonable and I've stayed in much more expensive hotels and got a lot less.

“Close to the stadium”

Was next door to Lucas Oil Stadium. Family friendly and nice rooms, and the parking was convenient. We will stay here again next time we come.

“Would definitely return”

This hotel impressed me more than most in recent years, especially considering location (downtown) and price. I suspect the rate was so good since it was an off-night (Sunday) and not much going on downtown at the time.

“EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!”

I was a little shocked at how lovely this hotel was for the price. Not only were the receptionists HIGHLY professional and helpful, they greeted us with smiles on their faces. Our room was lovely. The decor, beautiful and the bathroom in excellent repair and clean. I would come back to this very same hotel again and again!

“Visit to Indy”

Right in downtown and very close to the Zoo and Riverwalk. Still need a car to get to most places but hotel was nice and clean and they have a parking garage attached (extra fee required).
