“Nice hotel!”

I stay in a lot of motels and this one rated high on my list. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bed linens and blankets appeared clean which I have found you don't find at all motels, even nice ones. I won't stay in a run down, unkept looking motel. The continental breakfast was exceptional. A lot of different items to choose from.

“Very nice place to stay.”

The only thing that bothered me was it took a while to cool off the room. So as soon as you get there turn it down to start cooling. Very Very clean and great staff.

“Beware of Indoor Pool not Heated”

This was a beautiful and clean hotel, if you do not want to swim in the pool. The breakfast was good. Literally everything was good except for the pool. It was not heated and freezing cold.

“Not impressed”

I advised staff shortly after checking in that the bathroom door did not completely shut--it did not fit the frame and that there was a pile (approximately 15) very dusty almonds behind the nightstand. I only saw them when looking for the outlet to plug in the clock. When I checked out 3 days later, they were still there.

“Not Impressed”

Poor maintenance.

“Not impressed with front desk help”

Help was inadequately trained to resolve any situation. Check-in took 30 minutes - no additional help, no one with any people skills. Bathroom was not clean. We'll not go back.
