“Great new hotel close to the airport”
I really liked this hotel and I would definitely go back. It’s not very far from the Incheon airport (20-30 min drive) and is easy to get to if you catch a Korean Air shuttle bus, which only costs about 10$. WARNING-you’ll have to cross the road and walk to the hotel with all your luggage, the bus won’t take you straight to the front door. The hotel feels very new and modern. The décor is stylish; my room was very clean, reasonable in size and dark and quiet at night. I ordered room service for breakfast and quite enjoyed their food. There are lots of small shops in the area and also a grocery supermarket. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it if you need to spend a night in Seoul but don’t want to go too far away from the airport.
“Has everything you might need”
From restaurants, lounge, gift shop, great accommodations, this hotel has it all.

all was ok
“Sheraton Incheon Hotel”
Excellent hotel. Highly recommended. Service and staff were superb. KAL limousine bus now drops you at the door of the hotel, so transferring from the airport is even easier.
“Great stay”
The Sheraton Incheon was a perfect choice. Only had a few days in Seoul, and this was very close to airport. The KAL bus service to and from airport is quick, and inexpensive. The bus is very comfortable, not what you think of as a bus. The rooms are large, very clean, big bathrooms. Bathroom amenities were just what you need. Bathrooms very clean and cleaned very well each day. Staff is helpful, friendly, eager to please. Breakfast buffet is perfectly adequate. Plenty of choices , enough to get you started for the day. More choices would just mean overeating, so, this was very good. Though the location is not in the city of Seoul, the train is very close which will get you to the subway system. Very lively area. Lots of shops and plenty of restaurants. Took the concierge recommendation and ate at a great local place. I was the only tourist, so, I knew it would be good. Excellent food. There were many more choices all around. Not a bad place to stay, even if you wanted to spend time visiting the city center of Seoul.
“Extremely Satisfied...”
Great Room. Great Service. Great Hotel. As an American living in China, I must leave every few months to reset my Visa. Usually I go to Hong Kong, but this time I decided to take a ship from the port where I live (Lianyungang) to Korea. I had arranged the shortest trip duration possible, so only stayed at the Sheraton Incheon for one night. However, the hotel and staff was so nice I found myself considering "missing the boat" back to China so I could spend more time there. Very tired and hungry from 30+ hours on the ship, I was very pleased to find that traveling from the port to the hotel was very quick and easy. From the first moment of arriving, the staff was "on their toes" to make sure my every need was met. I was especially impressed with one concierge, Marcia, who helped me get to the pizza I was craving. She also ably instructed me how to get to a movie theater ('2012' had just opened and I did not expect to see it until in America for the holidays) as well as several other nearby stores and markets. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The hotel restaurant (room service) was very good. Nothing was disappointing here. Recommended to anyone looking for a quality stay.
“A family's experience”
With two young boys needing to expend some energy in the middle of a long-haul trip, the swimming pool was an invaluable facility which we made good use of. Food and drink for the family proved expensive over 24 hours, but it was worth it.
“very nice hotel but a bit inconvenient if you are just passing for a day or so.”
very comfortable but had problem with shuttle for the frequency from Incheon airport and the driver dropping us about 500 meters away from hotel instead of in front of the hotel. Very inconvenient with large suit cases. Hotel as big and good as you are, I suggest you to provide shuttle service at least with a phone call or regular scheduled time.
“Good Hotel - Far from the Airport”
The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and we arrived at the hotel at 23:00 hrs to find all the restaurants closed. There were no restaurants nearby and had to use room service. The menu has a good varierty, but the prices can be expensive. The hotel is very new and very nice. But the water pressure was very poor and the room tempature was soo hot. Could turn it down.
“very disapointed”
always bring two computers, one connect with lan the other connect with WIFI, hotel chaged me 2 times of 20,000 korean won (one for lan other for wifi. first time in my life got charged twice because i am using lan and wifi). very disapoined. never again.
