“I made my reservation from the airport and they had the reservationa d the room ready when I arrived”

The man that drove the transport from the airport to the hotel was very nice and came and got me at an inside desk inside the airport instead of me standing outside waiting for him.

“More than value for money”

It was quite cheap, but you get more for your buck then, say a 4 star hotel in NY. The free shuttle to/from Incheon Airport was highly appreciated, as well as proximity to the Airport Railway station which gets you to Seoul. The cheap rooms are roomy and well maintained. No hotel breakfast except for toast and coffee but you're close to restaurants.

As soon as we got out of the airport we enquired at the help desk regarding hotel transfer,, and within minutes we were picked up. The atmosphere at the hotel was very warm and welcoming.

The hotel is convenient to the airport with free shuttle with close by shops and restauraunts. Perfect for in-transit stay, it was clean and comfortable, though a bit small, and the internet connection is handy. Staff speaks fluent english. Check-in and check-out was efficient.

I have stayed at the hotel located in Incheon Airport, but to save money this time, I stayed at Hotel SKY. I definitely would return to Hotel SKY -- pick up at the airport was a breeze, the room was quite clean and it was nice to get out of the airport. Good value for your money as I got a discounted rate with Expedia. Would definitely return again to Hotel SKY.

“Fine hotel with truely outstanding, helpful staff”

We could not have more praise for a Hotel and its staff members than we have for Sky Hotel. It's a 10 minute complimentary shuttle ride hourly between the Sky Hotel and the airport---which is a bus, taxi, train and tour transportation hub to places throughout Korea. We speak only English and knew nothing about transportation alternatives in Korea. The Sky Hotel staff members could not have been more considerate and helpful in getting information for us, making suggestions, writing directions for us in English and for taxi drivers and tour guides in Korean, and doing everything they possibly could to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Korea. The Hotel shuttle drivers drove us back and forth to the airport as we wished and made certain we were delivered to the correct bus or location. The room was cleaned and provided with fresh ironed linen and the refrigerator was stocked with bottled water each day. The cable TV had BBC and CNN channels in English, and there was both complimentary computers available that guests could use and wireless connections. Coffee is always available in the lobby, and there is a Donkin Donut shop a few doors down the street from the Hotel. There are excellent inexpensive Korean restaurants, groceries, fast food shops, a department store and the metro rail station within a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The Sky Hotel is an excellent, modestly priced place, well located facility for a causal traveler in Incheon.

“Convenient”

This hotel was very convenient for our first trip to Seoul since we did not know our way around yet and we speak only minimal Korean. They allow babies which was important to us since there are some hotels that don't. The hotel shuttle was great. It picked us up at the airport and the driver came inside to the waiting area to get us. The next day, the shuttle dropped us back off at the airport so that we could catch the bus (you can also take the subway) into Seoul. Our actual room in the hotel was very clean and nice. The hotel hallway rugs looked a little drabby and dirty, but the room was great. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location. You can walk outside to restaurants, bakeries, the park. There is even a big grocery store located a few blocks away. The area is safe. Just don't expect it to look as upscale as Santa Barbara, Beverly Hills, La Jolla, etc. Overall, I think South Korea is a very good place to travel with a baby because it is safe, the people are friendly, and they love babies. The only thing I found strange is that you don't see women breastfeeding in public (even discreetly with nursing capes on) in this country. Certain places like the train station, a few of the larger subway stops, etc. do have nice nursing/changing rooms, but they are few and far between. Since I have to put the health of my child first I did occasionally nurse in public with a nursing cape covering the baby.

“Good overnight stay at Incheon”

Hotel was very reasonably priced in an area that offers a variety of dining selections. Definitely would stay here again.
