"Lovely stay"
First and most important…LOCATION IS EXCELLENT!!! you are close to everything in terms of touristic spots (London eye, big ben, national gallery, Piccadilly circus). The tube is also a 2 minute walk, literally at the end of the street and then cross. The hotel staff were excellent, especially Matt. He was very friendly and personable. The hotel itself is beautiful and offers a nice traditional, historical feel. The room was very clean and offered a modern touch. The washroom was nice, fresh towels, toiletries and a large mirror. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep in as well. The hotel get's ***** 5 stars from my husband and I.

"Located in walking distance of Everything"
This hotel was located in walking distance of the London eye , Buckingham Palace, West Minster Abbey, Casinos, lots of restaurants, Trafalgar Square and more! The hotel staff was very helpful in getting us to the attractions and giving us advice. The room was a bit small but by London standard it was large. The other amenities were nice such as custom brewed coffee and teas, cable TV with many American shows, free WIFI, and spacious lobby. Whenever we go back we will stay here!

"Amazing hotel!!!"
I booked this hotel for my Husband's birthday surprise. I firstly chose it for its location, Central, 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus tube and Regents Street. Trafalgar Square just around the corner and Her Majesty's Theatre where I had booked Phantom of the Opera opposite the hotel! It wasn't until we arrived that I realised what an amazing hotel this was! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we felt we had been coming for years! I had emailed the hotel prior to arriving informing them it was my Husband's 60th birthday. When we arrived they immediately wished him happy birthday and then informed us we had received a complimentary room upgrade, free champagne, and a beautiful boxed gift of bath oil! Our room was just amazing! So elegant, spacious and spotlessly clean! It was facing onto the side street and although there was continuous traffic below we couldn't hear it as our windows were not just double glazed but actually double windows making them almost sound proof! The bed was the one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel with so much detail in everything! Each room was furnished differently and was just more stunning than the previous one! We booked afternoon tea and at the end the staff came with a decorated birthday plate of macaroons complete with candle and sang Happy birthday to my husband! Such a lovely gesture! Brilliant breakfast with plenty to choose from! Will certainly return!!

"Great central hotel with lovely spa"
Great central located hotel with a good spa facilities. Many london sights within walking distance. Breakfast staff provided an excellent service. Only downside was the room did not have a easy to use ipod docking system. Needed a connecting wire for it to work.

"Brilliant location"
Hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing, visiting galleries, shopping and theatre-going. Bar was comfortable and reasonably priced considering the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Added bonus was a birds-eye view of the premiere of Spiderman 2 from our window!

"Terrific Location"
For Oxford / Regent / Bond Streets, Covent Garden, Theatres, this has the perfect location. The hotel was busy, but our room was quiet. Food in the resteraunt, especially the unusual afternoon tea, was really enjoyable. It's not cheap, but we felt it was good value, and we will be using it again.
