"Unforgettable stay in Tokyo!!"
4 nights in Penninsula made our Tokyo visit so wonderful! The service, cleanliness, room confirt were top of the mountain! Staff were trained and provide service in a most effective and efficient manner. We stayed in the highst floor with a beautiful view of tokyo and sky tree. It was just excellent! Defenitely worth to pay such a high price to make your journey unforgettable!

"Remm Hibiya is a great business hotel."
If you are looking for a clean alternative business hotel to the Imperial Hotel, Remm Hibiya is perfect. Remm is across the street from the Imperial Hotel. Walking distance to all sorts of restaurants towards Ginza. The room is very functional, but the configuration is a non-conventional. Although there is a curtain that can shield it, the bathroom is walled off with windows to the main bedroom.

"Amazing, tentative service and spacious room"
Love loved our stay at Four Seasons. I stayed with my 5yr old son and our experience was excellent. The hotel is very children-friendly and so accommodating on many levels: kids' toothbrush, bathrobe, slippers, step for sink so that my son could easily wash his hands, bath toys, colouring books, personalised meal and cookie on arrival, melamine plates and cups, kids' sized cutlery - seriously I've travelled a lot around the world with my kids but never experienced anything quite like this. The concierge met year the train and personally walked us to the hotel, same happened for any occasion when we needed assistance. The concierge pre-purchased our Shinkansen tickets ahead of our stay. I can't think of any negatives when it comes to this hotel. The price is worth it for the convenience, experience and luxury afforded.

"Outstanding Location!"
very conveniently located at Shimbashi / Ginza area, with lots of good food and shopping (luxury brands included). Very short walking distance to Shimbashi metro station as well as JR Train Station. The room we took was good for 2 or 3 bedder, however we requested 4 beds hence it was kind of cramp within the room. We love the location and will certainly return here again.

"Exceedingly small room for the money"
A clean and new hotel, but the room and bathroom are way too small. This hotel is convenient for my business, but way too expensive for the size of room. Perhaps the most expensive hotel per square foot in Tokyo. No conference area and tiny lobby also make for a poor overall experience.

Stay here for a layover to/from Narita instead of the usual airport locations. Walking distance to almost anything you need, and all the subway and JR lines are close by.

"Very good hotel"
Stayed 6 nights last week. Room small but ideal for me,spotlessley clean, everything provided ie iron, ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, cups, bottled water, drinks in fridge, toiletries, safe,tv,comfy bed and pillows wardrobe and hangers.Having read reports on this hotel i was contemplating taking a cup water heater etc but glad i didn't as everything was there. I call it the upside down hotel as reception is on the 4th floor and rooms on the 4th floor and below.Snack bar and restaurant on ground floor, both used by guests and locals working in surrounding offices which proves quality must be ok.If you wish to eat elsewhere there isn't a shortage of alternatives. The hotel is very easy to locate just follow directions/map on hotel website and took me 6 minutes to walk to Tokyo station entrance this includes wating to cross road at front of station if you arrive by limousine bus the drop off/pick up stop is on same side of main road as hotel and directly opposite station,It is an ideal location with the shinkansen tracks this side of station,If you do day tours and with pickup at station this entails another 15 mins walk to far side of station to the Hato bus stop. Leave the hotel turn right 2 mins walk to Kyobashi tube station or walk 10 mins to Ginza shops. I recommend this hotel to everybody and would definitley stay again.
