I book a room for two and got one towel , air conditioning is malfuctioning in the middle of the night that it was making a very loud noice and the room temperature was very hot that I woke up soak with sweat . I have to notify the staff and have the air condition fixed .windows are not sound proofs . Other than that happy new year ...!!!

Excellent room for the money...
We stayed there for 8 nights. Our room was somewhat dated but it was spacious and clean with a lot of storage, and a comfortable bed. The staff was outstanding (very professional/very personable).The included buffet breakfast was excellent. The SM City mall is a 10 minute walk. The hotel is located in a group of hotels with plenty of night life (restaurants and live music). Also, the Esplanade river walk is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Taxi service immediately available as well as Jeepney access. Had the room been more up to date, I would have given it the highest rating. We have already made return reservations.

Perfect trip
Amazing and wonderful area to go to, Hotel maintenance was terrible, I have been to this hotel for over 6 years, used to be the best, now is the worst, walls and ceilings needs repairs, lots of noise in roof above my bed, rodent perhaps. Complaining didn't fix anything, I would like management to pay attention to this, it could be bad if these creatures gets hold of power cables could cause fire easily......

Buffet Workers Deserve A Pay Raise

Modest hotel with very accomodating, friendly staf
Very much impressed with hotel staff from reception to housekeeping and dining. Everyone is nice and friendly. The overall hotel comfort is on the average as this is quite an old structure but with the competence and good attitude of its staff everything seems convenient.

A little tired but comfortable
We had a nice stay at Iloilo Business Hotel, it is a little worn in places but our stay was comfortable. The AC is good and the room was large and quiet. The Internet did not work well for us on our stay.

Hotel needs to be rid of roaches.
I thought it was clean until I found a dead roach (and a big one at that) on the tray where they put water bottles. Other than this, the housekeeping does a good job. Not their fault that the hotel does not keep up with exterminating roaches. Shower head needs to be declogged. Water pressure not good. The wifi is very weak and the TV needs to be upgraded. The hotel name doesn’t live up to its name, sad to say. Hotel staff great.
