Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms Excellent breakfast = Staff friendly enough - A/C was not working any of the rooms (other guests had the same problem). Temperature in room was probably around 85F / 26C, even though outside it was less than 70F / 20C. Staff advised me to open windows, which cannot be opened by design. Reception area was cool and nice, so there was A/C. Just not in the rooms for some reason. That made staying in the room very uncomfortable. I had to prop open my front door with a soda can to keep it open and try to get some of the corridor air (which was cool) to get inside the room.

Nice clean room, staff helpfull ( I speak very little French), Hotel is in a good position to easily get on main roads, all at a bargain price!!!

Too hot to handle.
Room smelled of smoke and extremely hot. Aircon refused to work so moved room to next door room. Eventually had to complain again as, having taken the dog for a walk, realised how suffocatingly hot it was. Receptionist helpful and moved us again. Finally, at midnight, we managed to get a cooler room on the other side of the hotel. Be warned if you're looking for cool you may not get it! On the plus side it is a new hotel and clean, bright rooms. Friendly staff.

Ideally situated just off the City Bypass road. Unfortunately we stayed over on a Sunday night so there was no food available in the Hotel & we had to drive into town to find a restaurant

Great Stopover
This was only a quick stop to grab some sleep before continuing a journey South, but the hotel delivered everything I required.

Just passing thru.buffet meal was ok.you could have all you wanted but i would have preferred a menu. Health facilities available but after 900kms all i wanted was a meal and shower- probably good for a stay.

Good location for overnight stop.
Hotel was close to highway. Room spacious and comfortable. Staff good. Parking underground. Bar a bit small and expensive. Ate out but hotel tried to charge for two dinners on check out in addition to expensive beer.

J'ai passé une de mes plus mauvaises expériences hôtelièrs . Le personnel a fait ce qu'il a pu mais pas de chauffage pas d'électricité ce n'était même pas raisonnable de nous laisser dormir dans l'hôtel. J'ai déjà eu des hôtels avec des incidents techniques et nous avions été relogés.

Proche du centre ville a 10min en voiture ou 8 min a pied du métro. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon , copieux et variés avec des produits locaux sont leur caramel beurre salé. En plus un cadeau de départ mon enfant de 5 ans. Je commande cet hôtel

Rien à dire pour le prix.
Pour un séjour d'une semaine, j'ai eu à faire à un bon accueil. Cependant il y a des points gênants: - odeur de friture dans l'ascenceur assez tenace, - pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain au dessus du lavabo. Une grande chance que le personnel est assez sympathique et serviable.
