Although, we must clarify for your sake, that the charge on your card, was not because we "just decided to update our ugly rooms at your expense" but because during your stay you had committed extensive damages to the washroom and carpet in your room due to the pets that you smuggled in, which may I remind you were also a direct violation of the terms and policies of our establishment as stated on our page. Furthermore, upon checking out, when you were confronted by management about what had occurred, you decided to become uncompliant, and instead of resolving the situation in a civil matter, you instead hastily left the premises without any remediation for the damages you had commited.
