Excellent service & surroundings!
Overall it was good. Hotel is a bit weathered and old style but the personalized service from the staff made up for it! The environment was super as it is smacked in a plantation area of their own where we could take nature walk and enjoy the serenity.

Nice Hotel Good Location beside Stream and Forest
The Overall experience was good we took two rooms and was very good. We enjoyed the Games room and the Fire Camp organised by them. Food was good and price was reasonable. Only minus is no WIFI, other than that it was a great stay over there. It is around 17 KMs from Munnar but its peaceful beside the busy munnar

17 kms away from the town. No proper travel desk.
I had a reservation but still had to wait for more than 1 hour to get my rooms. The manager was very rude.

OK type hotel
Teh rooms need maintenance... The space is good in room but they have divided the room in two parts and TV is available in the sitting area which is not comfortable...... However the view from the rooms is nice...

Very average hotel
I recently stayed with my family in this hotel. The location of the hotel is really superb as it is in the midst of cardamom plantation and totally secluded from hustle bustle of town. Rooms are small. They have a small restaurant which is the only option to have your food as the hotel is in midst of forest like situation and Munnar is 15 kms away from this hotel which becomes unviable to go to any other restaurant. Also there is no La Carte menu, only buffet is available for which you have to pay Rs.250 for each person. Food is not great, as menu is very poor in buffet. Hot Water is not coming in a free flow, since one heater is shared by 2 rooms, so it is dripping. Some guests from North India had a big fight with hotel staff on few issues, during our stay. Staff needs more training to be more pleasant with guests. With little improvements in food quality, comfort in rooms, staff behaviour, this hotel can become most sought after, may be in 1 or 2 years, mainly due to its locational advantage.
