“Remember me!”
I have to tell myself that this hotel is a keeper! Looked ho-hum from the street but the quality of service (ie phone call to check sarisfaction of room...) to the amenities included (warm pool and hot jacuzzi) were what put this over the top for me!
“My new Idaho Falls hotel!”
I arrived a day early, and called to see if I could check in early. The staff was really pleasant and accomodating. Anytime you saw any employee they were really out-going and friendly. The hotel itself is fairly new, and everything is well taken care of. Rooms and comfortable and clean with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Cookies and soups at night and a great breakfast in the morning were very welcome. Small but warm pool made the kids happy. I appreciated that fact the other guests were not right next door since the hotel was not full, that made for a very peaceful stay. I can't say enough good about this hotel, I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely go back again. This hotel is off the most recently added exit in Idaho Falls, so it feels like you are a little off the beaten path, I thought it made it very quiet and restful.

This is a very nice, comfortable facility. The staff was great,everything was clean and very relaxing. I will definitely stay there again. The price was what brought me, the service and facility will bring me back.

We arrive late in the evening and were served a complementry light supper of soup and bread. There were four varieties of homemade soup. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. One of the owners was there in the evening and then again the next morning. The breakfast was excellent and again more than you would expect. We were travelling with grandchildren and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. What a great way to begin our vacation.

Great staff, clean nice rooms. Wish this hotel was in all the cities I do business in. I would,stay there every time .

we arrived around 7PM and informed that there are four different soups available for us. we did not expect it and this is surely good surprise. the room has good space and very clean. the breakfast was excellent and many varieties to choose from. staff are very kind and friendly. we will definitely come back to this place.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were so comfy. The morning breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint is the amount of noise in the hallway. The rooms aren't very soundproof.
