“Great place”

We showed up at 4:15pm but they told us that our room wasn't ready. We were on a schedule and needed to change into other clothes immediately (we had an appointment within 30 minutes of arrival), but were at an inconvenience due to the fact that our room was unavailable ("We are completely booked so we had a hard time getting around to all the rooms in time"). We were in such a rush that we just heaved a sigh of annoyance and ran to our car to grab some clothes. We ended up changing in the lobby restrooms. Otherwise... it was a great time :). We'd stay again. Unless this happened again :P.

“impressed at pricing on king size suite!!”

Enjoyed the hotel and pool very much. Nice "common room" with visiting areas, fireplace, and large TV. My husband liked the bathroom set-up in the pool area. Breakfact was ok, but not wonderful, Staff was super-nice.

“Had a great time!”

The hotel staff was nice and the room was very nice. It was clean and neat. We enjoyed the California breakfast in the morning both days. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing.

“Good value for a 2.5 star hotel.”

We stayed only one night, but found the staff very friendly and helpful. We found the location very convenient, near the airport and just in front of the man made Idaho Falls. It was very relaxing to go for a walk by the river. Also there were very nice restaurants nearby. We liked the one next to the hotel.

“Nice. I will stay there again.”

I enjoyed my stay. Had a couple small probs - 1. coffee maker water tank was dirty so didn't use (but was able to get coffee at the breakfast setup so nbd). 2) dataport hookup didn't work so had to use the phone for my computer hookup. Aside from that it was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was very good. A good value.

“Nice place to stay”

We thought this was a nice place to stay. It had a nice indoor pool and a great complimentary hot breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be that because the hotel was full the night we stayed, they could not give us extra pillows. We were given sheets instead to roll up and use as pillows. Still a nice place and very popular since it was full the night we stayed.

“It was great except”

Our room didn't get cleaned and we notified the front desk 3 times. I think house keeping was mixed up because of what they told the front desk. Other than that it was good. I liked the breakfast, but would perfer they use real eggs and dress them up a little.

“It worked for my needs.”

The hotel is in a two (2) mile strip of other hotels. Without a car, getting to convenience stores was a mile walk each way to the Wal-Mart. The Hotel itself was fine, the breakfast adequate and support excellent. There was a fair gym and pool. I would stay there again.

“Very Nice Hotel”

We were well received. The room was just as expected, and the furnishings average. The view was fantastic. The pool and recreation area was very nice. Overall a very nice stay in Idaho Falls. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly stay again

“Commumcation we muct have it!!!!”

We had a good stay, the only problem we had is with the check in. My wife and I are smokers, we had requested a king bed in a soking room. When we got to the hotel they had us in a king bed, but it was a none smoking room. They lady at the front desk was able to change our room, but it was a room with 2 queens and no view, but al least we could smoke.
