Great hotel, 5 mins walk to the beach
Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Great hotel. We arrived just as dinner was ending. The staff said not to worry about checking in but to go straight & eat, they were v friendly & welcoming. As we were late I thought we might have not such a good room but in fact we'd been upgraded & had a superior room with fridge, TV, walk in shower & both a pool & sea view that we requested. Would def recommend.

Second stay
Would have preferred a room on the poolside. Longer sun on on the balcony and a nicer view. That being said room was fine and breakfast was great. Friendly staff too.

Fantastic reception staff
I have to begin by saying the reception staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a problem when we arrived (nothing to do with the hotel!) and it was resolved immediately for us.This hotel was perfectly adequate for our overnight stay. The room was a little tired but clean.

A disappointing short stay :(
Service was great, but the place was dirty. Bed sheets was not changed at all sadly. I will not mention what we found on the sheets as it's disgusting.

Great stay !!
Wonderful three night break at caribe the hotel is ideally situated and very clean. Great pool with lots of sun loungers with no problems getting one. The food is ok very basic and not much choice. Beds are hard with one pilow which was uncomfortable but never mind plenty of wine and I slept lol. Would recommend it's a great place for families

No fault hotel
Checking in was straight forward. The room was clean & the main door was heavy & secure. The shower was hot. Thats my three main points I look for. The bed was firm, & room was cleaned everyday with new towels. We had breakfast included, which was great. There is free wifi in the lobby area. The pool area is clean & plenty of beds or seats. There is a great kids pool area. We didn't have any with us, but we did borrowed ours nieces kids from another hotel. If there was any fault, could be to have firmer pillows. Just too soft!

Five days in Es Cana
A very pleasant few days at the Hotel Caribe, Es Cana. We had B&B and the breakfast was as you would expect. Geared towards British tastes but perfectly adequate, if a bit repetitive. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Bar prices were very reasonable. Good location for the beach, ferries and bus station.

Clean and basic hotel. Too many rooms for the facilities. Food was reasonable although dining experience very poor.

Nice friendly family hotel. Lots of kids about. Good pool and breakfast. nicely placed for the resort of es Canar. You have to pay for wi-fi in the room and the shared wi-fi in the lobby is terrible.

Great experience!
We were there for 4days and the staff is very kindly and helpful. The hotel facilities are very good, and also the breakfast and dinner that they have differents option for a small price including drink. Great experience and I will be back for sure

Food was delicious and a large variety. Staff excellent could not do enough for us. Very pleasant stay close to other towns and villages. If you need a break and want value for money this is the hotel for you and your family.. Enjoy...

After arriving late evening it was good to have a quick and easy check in from very friendly staff. Could not have wanted a better room overlooking pool an entertainment stage.

Lovely Welcoming,Clean Hotel. Marvelous staff!
We have been visiting the Hotel Caribe for several years, sometimes as many as 5 times in one year, which speaks for itself. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food over the last three years has improved immensely: whereas before we always found something nice for each meal now we are running around like headless chickens trying to decide which of the mouthwatering, hugely varied dishes to choose. With the exception of Sharron Fruit, and perhaps some really exotic items we've never heard of, they seem to offer every fruit you could wish for at every meal plus all the dried varieties and tinned for those who like it. A chef cooks two different things at his station every session. The rooms are very clean. We were lucky enough to have our sheets changed every other day with towels replaced daily. Already looking forward to next year's first two weeks of our season.Being disabled I'm not always well enough to go out every day and some evenings, or when there is a fully rainy day it would be nice to be able to watch an English program other than just the News, Not important to many but perhaps would be appreciated by young families where the parents have put the little ones to bed and don't wish to use a baby listening service. We'd also really appreciate a fridge as standard in the rooms

Clean tidy and convieniant for a cheap weekend beware if you a couple as this is a family lower budget hotel so lots of kids We didn't eat at the hotel so can't rate the evening food but breakfast was adequate

it was very expensive for what it was. it smelted bad in the room, the windows were not closings, the comfort was 0. So far from the airport when i specifically requested a hotel next to it.... and i paid Euro 180 for it... bad pick!!!

If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort experience, steer clear of Hotel Caribe. As far as alcoholic beverages, your choices are limited to 6 terrible mixed drinks and 1 type of beer which is far from "all-inclusive". As far as food, the buffet left much to be desired. The majority of the food was bland for the exception of a couple of entree choices which were obviously frozen and pre-packaged, so you couldn't mess them up. In addition, our room consisted of two roll away beds. On the up side, the hotel was very clean, and the location was within walkin distance of the beach and shops.

Good family hotel
I only booked the day before for a short 3 night break. I found the hotel in a quiet area of Es Canar and well looked after, it had a referb in 2005. I had a single room which had a bathroom with a bath. The room had aircon and a small TV, the 2 Englsh Channels were Sky News and BBC World. There were other English Channels on a larger screen downstairs. I paid the small amount extra for half board. The breakfast was excellent with cooked or continental and you could return to the buffet as many times as you wished. The coffee machine produced an excellent cup but I would be warry about the fruit juice from the machine. Dinner was acceptable and buffet service. Live entertainment in the evenings for botth adults and children. There were also activities for children during the day. The hotel had a good atmosphere and i would recomend the place for a family holiday.

Abbiamo trovato personale sorridente e molto disponibile. Avevamo un problema nel bagno, senza dir nulla, le signore l'hanno sistemato. Hotel pulitissimo. CIBO: PESSIMO. Cibi di scarsa qualità, pane surgelato. Una sera ho chiesto allo chef, se era possibile avere un'insalata senza peperone (sono allergica) risposta: NO ed ha girato le spalle. Tornerei solo per il pernottamento.

Hotel modesto pero cómodo y con buena situación.
Hemos pasado 6 noches en familia, pareja con hijo adolescente, el hotel está muy bien situado en la zona tranquila de Ibiza. Tienen zona de aparcamiento exterior cerrado y gratuito al que se accede con la tarjeta de la habitación. El bufé está mejor que algunos hoteles de 4 estrellas e incluía las bebidas en el precio. La habitación tenía terraza con vistas laterales al mar, pero no tenia nevera y el uso de la caja fuerte era de pago. No tienen toallas para la piscina. El aire no tenía mando para seleccionar la temperatura, solo un botón de ON/OFF. El secador del baño era como los de viaje muy pequeño y sin apenas potencia. Los horarios de uso de la piscina y gimnasio hasta las 19:30 y de cena (19:30 a 21:30) demasiado justo para el cliente español, más adaptado al cliente extranjero que era mayoritario. La animación nocturna no era muy buena, pero la zona está llena de restaurantes, bares, heladerías, etc. El personal muy amable y servicial. Y la limpieza impecable con cambio diario de toallas.

Hotel carino vicino alla spiaggia
Hotel ristrutturato, bello e grande. Molto comodo, perché si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, dalla stazione/bus, dal centro medico, dalla farmacia, dal supermarket...Si mangia bene,il cibo varia ogni giorno. L'hotel ha due piscine. La clientela è soprattutto inglese e tedesca. Lo consiglio vivamente!Ottima permanenza!

Estuvimos una semana en agosto,mi marido mi hija de diez años y yo,la verdad que nos han tratado muy bien,sobretodo las dos chicas de recepción,un encanto,chicas del norte La limpieza un 10. Tranquilo ideal para familias. Por poner un pero solamente que la piscina cierra a las 19:30 para labores de mantenimiento. Nos gustó mucho.
