“We will return next year.”
This hotel is situated in the best part of the island and has its own free lock in car park. The buffet breakfast is excellent and for a small charge you can eat in for evening meal which is also brilliant. The in-house entertainment on Sunday night was well worth seeing. He was a scruffy, fat, guitar and keyboard player but could play just about anything from the sixties and sounds just like Paul Macartney. Good fun guy for 2.5 hours.
“Bella Bellamar!”
The hotel was nice and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. The do not disturb sign on the door works, which is great if you have been clubbing all night. The maid even came to do the room once we surfaced late in the afternoon. Very good base for the San An clubs and far away enough from the west end louts - perfect.
“Perfect location for Beach, Clubs & San Antonio night life”
We arrived at 11 pm and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the staff at check in - very chilled out & friendly. Only a 15 min stroll along the promenade into San Antonio town centre. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk in. The choice of food for breakfast and evening meal was excellent - something for everyone. If you like your deserts you'll enjoy dinner at this hotel! The pool was lovely, really compfy sun loungers, an adequate pool side menu for snacks during the day and a few breakfast choices for those that sleep in and miss breakfast. The beach is really close and the sea is lovely & warm. We'd go back again and recommend it to friends
“Will go back next year”
We were in Ibiza for one night for the Radio 1 event. The hotel was just right - not too close to the action (so we could get away from it all and sleep when the time came) but perfectly located for a 10-15 minute stroll along the beach to the centre of San An. Staff were laid back but helpful, room was basic but clean. If you're planning to be out and about quite a bit then this is a good place to base yourself from. We will stay there again next year.
“I have nothing negative to say about this hotel!”
We stayed at the Bellamar in September 2007, and everything about it was perfect. The location is great, within walking distance of San Antoni, but far enough away to have some peace. The hotel is clean, with a great breakfast, lovely pool area and it's a stones throw from a lovely beach. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ibiza. I can't wait to go again.
“Great hotel - would book here if going back to ibiza”
Excellent hotel - breakfast seemed a bit German orientated, but nothing to really complain about. Pool, bar area, rooms etc were all spotless. Even had nice comfy covers for the sinners which some 5 star resorts don't even do! 100% recommend.
“So Lovely”
Went to Ibiza for a birthday celebration with girlfriends. The hotel was fantastic! Right across from the beach. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the rooms clean and well-maintained. It's about a 20 min walk into town along a lovely, safe boardwalk along the bay. The hotel pool is also terrific, lots of sun loungers and a clean, inviting pool. I would definitely stay there again!!!
“Quiet Hideaway in San Antonia”
We booked this hotel for a short break based on the reviews on Expedia and it certainally lived up to the other reviews. It was clean, tidy and well run. The pool and bar area were excellant, although both the indoor and outdoor pools are not heated. The location was perfect - 30 yards from the beach and a 20 min walk into the town itself as the front. The rooms were a great size although a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together would have beed nice! Definately recommend the hotel and we will go back in the Autumn when the crowds have left and the sea and the pool are warmer!
“Great location, great food”
Looks new, staff is excellent, all spoke english. Food was fabulous. Only drawback was the twin beds were too hard. Stayed for a week, and highly recommend the Bellamar. They also have an Apt hotel. Get the breakfast and dinner rate, well worthwhile !
“Great hotel in Ibiza”
We stayed for 4 nights at the Bellamar hotel in san antonio bay, and couldnt find any faults with the hotel. It was in a great location, about 15 minutes walk from the west end, Eden and Es Paradis, and taxis to the other clubs were all reasonable and took about 15-20 mins. The hotel was very clean, all the staff were friendly and the food was much better than in many other hotels I have visited, there was a lot of choice therefore food for everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Ibiza. Its a great place to relax in the day with a nice pool area and a 2 minute walk from a beach (Although the pool area isn't the largest). At night, its close enough to experience the nightlife and get to all the clubs by walking or fairly cheap to get taxis, but you can also get a good nights sleep. We were all very satisfied with this hotel and when I go back to Ibiza I will definately be going back to this hotel!
