We stayed for 9 nights, the front staff was very friendly helpful and made sure our stay was very comfortable. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very large and clean,. Unlimited ice cold water. The all you can eat made to order breakfast with variety of food was a 7 star rating. We did not want to stay at any other hotel. Very conveniently located and excellent eateries nearby, and high end shopping. We cannot ask for any better other than what we have received. Our children stayed the first time and they love it. Our sincere thanks to Fortune Park Management for making our stay memorable.

Nice hotel in a good location
We stayed at Fortune Park Vallabha for two nights during Feb 2018. It was a very pleasant experience. We were given a front-facing spacious room on the fifth floor. The room was clean and well-maintained with necessary amenities. The staff at the reception and house keeping were friendly. We look forward to staying here again during the next visit.

I would choose this hotel again
An excellent place to stay in the heart of hyderabad. Smiling and courteous service, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms that are well maintained. The buffet breakfast is perfectly edible but nothing to write home about.

Nice Location close to shopping center.
Hotel staff was not well trained. When I checked in they gave room keys that was occupied by someone else already. I opened the door and poor guy was really scared. I went down again to change my room, it was very embarrassing experience. And on the second day they woke me up early morning around 4am and said wakeup call, which I have not requested. Overall experience was not to my expectation.

Staff was more than willing to help whenever required. Great hotel to stay. Room service and restaurant were fantastic. With little improvement in wifi, water pressure and airconditioning control, it will be the best hotel to stay at Hyderabad.

Excellent service
The staff were very attentive. My room was very pleasant. The central location made trips short. I was the only Westerner most of the time, but the buffet meals always included some Western food, especially breakfast. The room service menu was also good. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Smart, pleasant and (I suspect) under-rated
I picked this hotel on the basis of other reviews, and I was glad I did. They knew my name as I walked through the door at 8am, and organised a room within 20 minutes even though my check-in was 12 noon. I stayed for 8 nights. A large pleasant hotel, with comfortable rooms. Air conditioned (my a/c stopped working after 5 nights, and was fixed within 5 minutes of my call to reception). Satellite TV with plenty of English & USA channels. Room comfortable and quiet. A walk-in shower area but no bath, which may be normal in India, I am not sure. Room thoughtfully designed - nice stained glass panelling, very good lighting - even the bed headboard had concealed backlighting. WiFi in room but as I had no computer I used the hotel's small business centre:2 PCs and a printer for minimal £. All staff very attentive & helpful. I hired a bicycle for my stay and they looked after it, "valet parking" it each night to keep it safe. The food was tops. I couldn't figure out how all my meals turned out so well, as I ordered south indian, north indian, chinese, mexican and western, which is a tall order for a chef. I discovered they have multiple nationality chefs and your order goes to the appropriate one. Incidentally the western food like a chicken sandwich comes with fries, though these aren't mentioned on the menu. Some non-Indian food such as ham & sausage were not available but that's hardly surprising in Hyderabad. Breakfast buffet range was enormous, but I stuck to toast & coffee.

Good - as far as the stay is concerned but the hygine within the F& B deptt is far from being satisfactory.The supervision of authorities just does not exist .Hence the quality of food being served is a little suspect ..............
